    Did you try a reinstall?
My only guess is Minecraft is freakin' out a little because of your updated driver and is using a preference for the old.

Backup the current one, if the reinstall doesn't work plug the old one back in.
Also, if you have the time, swap your old card back in for a sec and see if it works any better, determining whether the card is the cause of it.

Ok to fix: Put in an NVidia GPU, install drivers and enjoy!

Ok, let's get serious(ly rekt) now.

    1. Try what this scrub said.
    2. Take a look at the file that had more info in it and maybe post it here?
    3. Rollback the updates if possible.
    4. Update java, supposedly it helped some scrubs with a similar problems.
    5. Somebody upgraded their RAM, and it helped apparently. Try running Minecraft with different amounts of RAM.
    6. https://java.com/en/download/help/exception_access.xml Don't know what this means, but if you understand it, maybe it will help?

So I fixed it by downgrading my driver because apparently lwjgl doesn't play nicely with catalyst 5.11.
