    This is about 40 seconds into the match Downturn_Tdm. As you can see there is an emp about 10 seconds before a nuke then a nuke-glitch for an emp about 15 seconds later. This happened a while ago and I am not trying to get him banned but vote for what you think this is.

    He might have accidently nuke glitched, many people does that and it isnt Even their fault. Legit players, like joey, kill themselves after doing this accident

    No way to tell if it was getting killed in the delay or nuke glitching.

    But judging by the facts i would say it was an accident. Mainly because i know joey very well and he isnt that kind of person

    I did it once and I didn't play for 2 days because I felt so bad for using the python to accidently break some glass as I was trying to un-
    zoom.

    People intentionally try to get Joey banned. They kill Joey when he nukes and make him nuke glitch and try to get him banned.

    I was using the crossbow, an explosive weapon, on a close range map. There wasn't much time from the emp to the nuke because there were a lot of people. This has all happened to you, theres at least one guy who thinks you did it on purpose. You can die at anytime, 17, 18, 19 killstreaks. But sometimes its a 21 killstreak. Generally once I see it say TACTICAL NUKE I let my guard down, since I got the nuke. What typically happens to me is, I launch a nuke, I search for cover[to not get killed] and I die trying to find cover. I was probably at the wrong place at the wrong time. I hope you will understand that this was just an accident and a mis-understanding.

    If you've seen any of his videos, you'd know this is true. He always types "NUKE" or the like.

    I 100% believe you. I have seen you in-game, and I know that you are too mature to act this way. There is also too many loop holes in this screen shot. Too many factors to take into hand. Without solid proof, like a video, it is simply to hard to tell. I say it was an accident.

    Plus, nuke glitching isn't a very serious offense. Considering that 95% of the time it's an accident, the punishment is not very severe.
