My Apology

Introduction​

Hello to the Brawl community, primarily to the Mc-WarZ community.
I was permanently banned from Brawl on 2015-08-24, and i was also banned from the forums for a few months. Thanks to @Signatured for temporarily unbanning me from the forums to make this thread.

I felt it was necessary for me to post something, to officially apologize to the people i have harmed since my ban, so maybe a back story of what happened leading to my permanently ban in the first place.

How It Started​

So starting off, me and @Luigi ran the Mc-WarZ team Cosmic together, at the end of the team my skill started to shift downwards. And i made the fatal mistake of beginning to ddos to gain an advantage in fights on WarZ. Primarily this was shifted towards the player @Murphay. I would hit him off every time we fought each-other, until eventually my actions caught up with me because someone recorded me hitting him off, and reported it to staff. Since then i have been perm banned.

I was banned rightfully, and i should have been smart and just appealed my ban after a few months, but instead i decided to alt. The first account i alted on was Contracts, which i changed to AmazingV2 shortly after. I created team CosmicV2 and was borderline instantly banned on that account. But not only was i banned on that account, i was also banned on the teamspeak. Once i was banned on the TS, @Wario began to not allow me in the Asylum channel because he was afraid of himself being banned for speaking with me while i was alting. I now realize this reason was extremely valid, and i do not know why i reacted in such an immature way. But i began to ddos him, for hours on end. I began blackmailing him, saying if i wasn't allowed back in the channel than he'll just stay offline... etc. Until YinSkape helped him, and gave him a VPN. I was no longer able to attack Wario, though because i was so stubborn i began doing other things to attempt and squeeze my way back into the channel. Now i realize all these things i was doing to him, and other people affiliated with him and Asylum were just pushing me farther and farther away. I reached out to my friend Privacy, whom was responsible for the hijacking of @Mario's account earlier this year. He was able to hijack Wario's Skype, Email and minecraft account. I surely thought he would allow me back in the channel now, because he would want the logins to his stuff back, though that was not the case. Throughout all of this, i was attacking @DickeyMickey for borderline no reason. I was just frustrated i couldn't ddos Wario anymore, so i thought that was the next best thing.

Throughout all of this, i finally realized that me doing these things were pushing away more and more people. Destroying friendships, and i thank poaches for helping me realize that.

I'm not going to continue explaining all of this, simply because it would be the biggest wall of text ever. But i will tag all the people I've harmed throughout the past 5 months or so, and sincerely apologize to the best of my ability.

Individual Apologies​

@Murphay - You were simply better than me at WarZ. The fact i had to hit you off simply to win a fight on a block game, is sad. And i finally realized that later on. I know one of your family members works from home, and requires internet simply to make a living. I cared about nothing back then, and didn't see how much what i was doing was affecting your home life. I would like to talk to you more, and try and fix what i have done. But i don't see you on too much anymore. But i hope me speaking out like this shows you how much i am truly sorry.

@Wario - I harmed you more than anyone on this list. My actions towards you because you wouldn't allow me in a teamspeak channel were immature and irrational. I returned what i took from you, but i always knew that wouldn't be enough. Iv'e been trying to rebuild a friendship with you but i truly feel that you are not willing to fully forgive me for my actions, which is completely justified. I wish i realized what i was doing was just pushing me farther out of the realm of being forgiven before it was too late. I hope eventually you will forgive me.

@poaches - There was genuinely no reason for me to bring you into all of this, i began attacking you when i was at the end of my tyrant. (Explanation: A few weeks before i was unbanned from the teamspeak, i began blackmailing poaches for CS:GO skins by mercilessly ddosing him for legitimately no reason.) At this point in time, i cared about no one except for myself. I would screw over anyone, ddos anyone, scam anyone, threaten anyone, i couldn't care less. You were in the same situation as Murphay, i believe what i was doing to you was affecting your family because someone you lived with worked online, but i didn't care. All i cared about was a useless pixel gun. And my irrationality and immaturity lead you to resign. Something you said to me after all this was over: "Why are you actively destroying your current friendships, instead of trying to rebuild the ones you've already lost" (not word for word, can't remember completely but it was something like that) really helped me come to the realization that i just need to stop trying to control everything, and just accept i wasn't going to be unbanned. I am truly sorry for the damage iv'e done to you and your family, and i hope you will eventually forgive me.

@dalt0n - You were a good friend of mine, even after all of this happened. Even after i had a very slim amount of friends because of everything i did, you still talked to me, you disregarded how much of a ****ty person i was. And what did i do? I scammed you for $120. I still to this day haven't paid you back, and you still talk to me. You are the most chill, forgiving laid back person i have met, and i really appreciate your personality. I don't know when, but eventually i will pay you back. And if i do ever get unbanned from brawl, you are welcome into my team, and i will greet you with a rank for as long as necessary until you are paid back.

@DickeyMickey - As said above, i ddosed you for literally no reason. Simply to spite Wario, my reasoning made no sense at all. You're a very nice person, i enjoyed talking to you very much, and i am truly sorry for bringing you into this when you did not do anything. I don't know if you have forgave me in these last months that we have been talking on and off, but if you have, thank you. If not, i would like to talk to you more and begin rebuilding our friendship, if there was one in the first place.

@YinSkape - You are the system administrator of brawl. You do your hard job for free, and i made it harder. Though i never did anything directly to you, i did make your job harder indirectly. You had to suply countless members with VPN's to stop me, you had to develop a system to instantly ban any IP / identity i joined the Teamspeak on, and you had to block several attacks to brawl's website because of me. I am very sorry for making your job, which you do not receive any compensation for, harder.

@Cuddled - You're on the same boat as YinSkape, i never attacked you directly, but you always had to be on the lookout for me on the teamspeak, and in game. You had to deal with me complaining to you, and potentially threatening you in the past because of me being banned. You are undoubtedly the nicest staff member in my opinion on brawl, and i will genuinely cry if you ever resign.

@Ritzy - All you wanted to do was team with Striker, and because striker wanted to team with me, you decided to team with m temporarily as well. (Though i don't even think we ever actually played WarZ while i was alting, we were on teamspeak together) I believe you were almost demoted simply because you were caught "teaming" with me, if not demoted your promotion to mod was delayed quite a bit because of me and my actions. You are a good mod, and a good person. I am truly sorry for my actions negatively affecting you.

@Review - Still my best friend, even after all of this. You served a 7 day tempban for "
Affiliated with Harrassment and Abuse of Internet Services." which basically means being affiliated with me. You told me not to include you in this but too bad. Kappa

@Striker_Sly - Same thing as Review, very close friend and you served the same ban as him. I'm very sorry for my actions negatively affecting you.

I urge anyone and everyone to voice your opinion by leaving a reply on this thread, especially the people i made individual apologies to, and any staff members of the community.​

 

Appreciate it, i don't think i mentioned it in the thread but clearly i no longer ddos, nor do anything i did in the past.
I have changed for the better, and hope everyone comes to that realization and trusts i won't make the same mistakes again.

And to @LucaFersko's comment, i have spoken to all of the people i have apologized too, the majority of them have forgiven me for my actions, the rest i am actively (or would like to be) attempting to fix what i have done.

I just don't want anyone thinking, out of no where, i decided to make this thread when i haven't tried at all repairing what I've done other than this thread.
