Rant on MPS - What's Wrong.

Yeah but I definitely agree with your perspective of this community. This speech made me feel as if you deserve more than just a Moderator position.

 

Yeah this just makes me feel like I will never get moderator. Even thought I am "Liked" and somewhat "Wanted" I think.

Well, first off, I am still trying to carefully word my opinion on that particular mod. But I do want to state that we NEED a staff promotion system. The reason why is that some youtubers with bug audiences are coming onto the servers, namely Minecraft Party. To name a few, Bodil and ItsJerryandHarry. As of this, many players will want to try this server. As of that, they eventually might discover all the rest of the MPS servers. We will need more mods, and more mods with promoted positions. On a side note, I feel that we need at least 1 admin whose soul job is to auto deny blank and short mod apps, to let others see all the mods apps that can be considered, and not these ones in which no one likes to read and take away their time.

 

I forget and I am sorry but why did you quit / leave being a moderator Tac42? Was it because of some of the reasons you have expressed in this thread or something else?

Questions I know, was 8vo promoted to administrator because of the flaw / favoritism you have expressed?

If the multiplayer forums had a system it would be anarchy.

If I understood what @Tac42 said, people to be promoted need to go on teamspeak and ask and go like for 2 weeks: " I'm so nice, I join every game with you and I'm a mod." And after 2 weeks you ask:" can I be promoted ?" And the admins will be like sure ! If that's the way it works then that's like being nice sweat to get your reward, I hope that all the staff members respect and don't do stupid stuff. This is not a warning to staff nor a threat. You can't promote other people like that, Tac is the first person who's not an admin to have joined the forums and he ain't admin or global mod ? Like I said can't promote random staff, they need to prove that they're worthy

Tac is blowing things out of proportion. So what if he's the first non admin? I'm the 21st :V. The MPS staff has flaws, but it's not as corrupted as Tac makes it out to be.
