    Random Airdrop Events!​

    We have added airdrops to MC-WarZ. However, we're still not sure how balanced these are; if they will be rare enough, if the loot spawns are good, etc.

    Currently on servers with 16 or more people on them, airdrops have a 25% successful chance of spawning every 10 minutes. If an airdrop is unsuccessful, you will see "A plane just flew by WarZ island and dropped nothing" in chat. If an airdrop is successful, a 10 minute countdown will be announced in chat with the coordinates. The airdrop location is also marked with a beacon.

    When the airdrop has landed, it spawns a chest and enderchest. The chest currently spawns with one set of armor. It has a 50% chance (per piece) of being diamond or iron. We hope to add more depending on what the community thinks.

    EDIT: Airdrop loots have been drastically changed to contain armor, guns, ammo, and food. You'll have to see what they contain in-game!

    Adjusted airdrops to spawn when 16 or more players are on with a 25% every 10 minutes.

    I really like the idea, but most WarZ servers only have 16 players on if there's a fight, and a lot of fights don't last 10 minutes.

    I think the idea will more benefit whitenames, which is actually pretty good. I feel whitenames don't get a chance to obtain rarer items, so making a challenge catered to them really makes an incentive to try and get better.

    Like this idea, makes WarZ more like one of my favorite zombie survival games H1Z1, good to have a new event for the gamemode

    This is such a cool idea. I can't wait for the MVP Fights that are going to be happening at them. I agree with @Usp45, this will also benefit white names in getting diamond armor, instead of having to go to a zone 6.
