Frequent Name Changes

    Sup Brawlers,

    After you've been playing a while, you begin to know people by certain names. Then, one day you discover that they changed their name. You keep track of their name for a while and then they change their name again.

    At some point you lose or forget who they are unless you look it up.

    My point is that constant name changes confuse people and you might discover that your friends don't connect with you because they do not identify you.

    Feel free to add your insight on "Frequent" name changes, your experiences, and what you think about them.

    Just a note, there is a new command available to everyone /name (player) it shows the player's current name and all their previous names aswell.

    I just deleted everyone I didn't know :grinning:

    I used to be Vincentovich but I changed it to Vincz about a year ago, at least I kept the Vinc in.
    Nevah going to change it, unless an awesome name gets available.

    I've made a name for myself. While I was 1431 I nuked over a hundred times and that make me popular for a bit. Now my crazy nukes are just a memory.

    Well I changed my name because it felt wrong going anywhere else with it. If I could be Jkzoom here, and Lightwielder everywhere else I would be totally fine with that.

    I changed my name and it didn't really matter, people shouldn't remember you by your name. They should remember you by who you are. (^:

    It's hard to be remembered for who you are if only a handful of people know that you are -blank- in game, even though you changed your name to -blank-
    But I do appreciate the speech, I agree that your actions should speak loud. It's just difficult to put actions to a name if the name keeps changing
