Bring Minestrike back!

I loved minestrike but no one enjoyed it much its said that it had to go.

Im going to try not to rage on everyone.

Here's our problem, WE let Minestrike go down. Sure a handful of players enjoyed it, but keeping it around for that reason isn't an excuse. The players had the responsibility to keep it up, and the last donation was what? A few months ago?
Minestrike is gone. You should've saved it while you had the chance.

In order to save something we have to know that it is danger. Naturally, yes some would go on the server, but as for the actual activity behind it. I didn't know that it was in danger. I just thought that it was designed to have such a small number of players because of its game style. I would hold clan bonding sessions and use Minestrike as one of the main servers for combat prep and tactics testing. It was a fun private community, a bit of a cult classic. I enjoyed it.

 

I am saying that in MPS point of view

 

Maybe orange/chaploo could hold a fundraiser (of course, after the mc-war update, the mc-warz update, and enough work on minecraft party) to help bring a BETTER version of minestrike and the people who parcipitate get exclusive stuff!!!

 

This might work but it will be a long time before this will happen. They still need to send out the mystery server at the Mc-War spawn

Minestrike closed for a reason. It was a waste of money for the community, admins were spending more to keep it up than they were getting from donations of it. The death of Minestrike brought MinecraftParty, which is fine for me.

 

We have all these sincere concerns about the situation and then we have this. . .thing. SMH

Also, couldn't they just use the donations from MC-War? MC-War gets a giant amount of donations each week.

 

I personally do not mind if they bring back mind strike but I won't play on it so either way it does not make a difference to me.

Minestrike was really fun $$

 

When Minestrike was up, it averaged around 10 players. It was then replaced with MinecraftParty - Which is no one of, if not the, most popular server MPS owns. Hmm. Minestrike may return in the future, but for the moment, all work needs to be put into our other servers.
