    For real? Everytime I want to ask him something I need to say Ritzy in chat atleast 3 or 4 times before he replies, most time he doesn't even reply.

    Ritzy is a very good Mod, you have to consider that sometimes we don't respond because we are busy. We are people, gamers, and community members just like you, except we have some more permissions. It is impossible to make everyone happy. If we are fighting and someone asks a question, we can either answer them immediately and bother our teammates and risk losing loot, or we can /poof to answer the question without worrying about dying, but then the team the we are fighting will call us out for abuse for using /poof.
    Sometimes we have to make the choice to satisfy the most people, and that will come at the cost of people being annoyed.
