Something to do in the icy lands

Not the most important subject to code but rather interesting in my point of view.

The snow, that's it. It's just snow, trees, land, probably a mine there and a town there as well.
Now time to spice it up.

The Ice Lands will provide a rather very interesting drug, called "Nightbell" is a blue color on picking it up and processing it will yield a darker blue. The drug is very rare and spawns throughout the ice lands, upon selling said drug, it can give out a fortune.
The ice lands can also become very difficult with the cold, but there will be shacks and other things with fire inside to keep you all cozy.

Notes of what is important:​

• 15 or 20 seconds upon processing Nightbell
• 300 gold reward upon selling
• A flower (nightbell) for unprocessed
• Lapis for processed
• 1 hour time limit before the flower respawns
• 100+ flowers located throughout the entire ice land
  
  
• There will be a frost effect:
• Frost effect will take place every 7 minutes, it'll check if player is within a block of fire, player near fire? if yes, don't apply effect, if no, apply X% slow on person for X amount of time, harm player for 2 hearts (true/void damage)
  However, this might take a while to code in properly, the events for this would require some form of checking like areas but not sure if the snow has a separate area to have this effect.

 

It would be a fictional drug but damn, I was hoping the the drug would be introduced.
