    Dear Brawl Community,

    Hey Alcohqlism here, I was wondering if we could have a ban team. I am on at least 4-5 hours a day. I see almost 30 hackers. 10/30 of the hackers get banned, what about the other 20? Well the anti hacker thing doesn't see the client. I always do /report (name) (reason), and it says "The problem will be dealt with very soon" I wait, and wait but no mods are on. I would like to see if we could get a ban team for the server. Not saying this would be me but it would be good to have one for this awesome server and keep hackers banned! Also but this isn't my accusation to make but I think we have sort of an inactive staff.
    Please consider!

    This could easily be abused to ban random players, plus many players get salty when they die.

    Brawl just needs more mods in general. I think that when mods are accepted they are assigned a certain job like banning but I'm not sure.

    There's almost always a Moderator on KitPvp. If enough people report the same person, a staff member is more likely to join.

    The ban hammer is awful. It will ban you for sprint jumping.

    This is a nice idea, but I fear this could be easily abused. There would have to be a lot of trust to have someone on the ban team because a perm ban is a serious deal. The player can never join the server again (unless they get unbanned). There would have to be an application process because Brawl wouldn't want some random player (not talking about you) controlling people's fates for the rest of their Brawl career. This would almost be useless because only very few people would get accepted. This almost makes it irrelevant because I would wonder why you wouldn't apply for staff and not the ban team if that much trust is needed.

    Aside from using /report, you could also record hackers and report them using report.brawl.com. It is a lot more likely that the hacker will get banned because there is no need for a Mod+ to be on at the exact time. All reports are answered rather they are accepted or denied. It is a much more assuring way to get a hacker banned because every report is tended to eventually.

    The banhammer doesn't get ghost cleints and thats what everyone uses

    Jeatpack1, if we were to start it, you would have to get more mods or create a new page for a ban team application. If so I have played on this server for at least a year and a half so if i were to join that team I would make a good banner if that is what you would call it.0

    What time are you on (timezone+time)
    When I'm on EST time. Mods are almost always on Kitbrawl. It's the later times or school days that are the trouble. Most mods go to school.

    I've taken it upon myself to be online from 12 to 3am my time (cst) to counter this problem. We can all help out though. Just be sure to record them hacking, upload it to YouTube, then send in a report with a link going to the YouTube video. If it's enough proof they'll be banned. It's not necessarily the fastest, but it is the most effective.

    Hey Featherpaw, if you ever have the time to skype I would love to communicate. I also have a youtube, MY skype is Alcohqlism//Akuma

    When I am on after school, like 3:00 to 6-7:00, there are no mods but I am on the west coast.

    That is exactly what I do, its just sometimes you need to ban them on the spot because they keep draining people and it is very annoying to fight them. I have a long time experience as a mod/admin on many servers (Frosty Factions, Archon and Hysteria/BasicPvP). I am very trustable with the spot. sorry this isn't a staff application but the main point is to get more mods on the KitBrawl because I think that is where most of the hackers go because it has the most pvp in that server.

    I agree, we can't have mods being spread out throughout the server. Each mod has to be directed to his or her own server or game

    Lol that is very true. I got banned for "auto clicking" I get 15 cps WHAT DO U THINK

    Yea but you would probs have to apply to the team.
