    What I expect from owning houses.

    Only Owners of teams can own TeamHQ's. People can be given

    Chest Permissions
    /Team HQ setperm (player) chest
    Click on a chest to give/remove User permission

    House Permissions
    /Team HQ setperm (Player) Admin
    User now has permission over all house features

    Owner transfer
    /Team HQ setperm (player) Owner
    User is now Owner of the House

    I am hoping signs will be inside, only team members my enter your house.

    Right click a sign to open it and enter a message for all team. You can also add up to 20 signs around the house just like chest :grinning:

    I think that it will end up more of a storage than a actual base of operations

    Not really, We got a house on day one of the server opening, Me and Viva by ourselves. I think the prices should go up.

    How much was the house that u got on first day? Because I can only find 275,000 gold ounce houses now.

    Most of the cheap houses start at 100k, there's a few for 40k somewhere, don't know though.

    All the houses under 275,000 houses have been bought.

    No, check other towns in Ellsworth are still 3 Houeses for 100k i think

    i like that fact that houses are so expensive, it gives you something to actually aim for. Perhaps more expensive items like the houses should be added so that players have more goals to achieve on the sever
