Bug Ticket Exploit

    If a player is ticketed, they call upon their teammates to give them the money to get rid of the ticket, then wait for the handcuffs to wear off.

    The only solution I can see is to add a timer to the ticket. Maybe 30 seconds to a minute to decide whether to pay or not.

    How is that an exploit? If they have the money to pay it off then they should be free to go regardless if it's payed of by a team mate or not. If they were inspected then they would have lost their illegal items anyway so I don't see how this is an exploit.

    Well if they didn't and they wait for teammates, then it could be exploited. They could basically get out of ANY ticket no matter the bounty cost.

    True. What I would add is like when you are forced to select a town after respawning (I know this because I die a lot -,-) you cannot exit out of the decision menu. Either go to prison, or cough up the gold buddy.

    It's still at the expense of something.
    It seems pretty fair. I personally think players should have a bond on them. They should be able to go to a town jail or something, then have the option to choose to wait on a bond to be paid indefinitely, or select to go to prison and work their bounties off.

    But no, I personally think that if a person is ticketed,
    they should be able to pay it off with cold hard-earned cash. Regardless of how they got it.

    Actually, there is an update to the code that is going to change this. After it is implemented, the player that is handcuffed will not be able to pick up money off the ground.

    Added /bail, people who are handcuffed can no longer pickup money as well
