Strongbox (Non-town Bank)

    Illegal Arms dealers and Mine Merchants are NOT in towns. But their goods cost money. It would be nice to have a Bank which heavily penalized Deposits/Withdrawals, but allowed you to do so at a Mine/Base.

    33% penalty for Depositing or Withdrawing at a Strongbox, but you can buy a diamond pick/ammo at a rebel base without running back to town.

    Where is a good place for a bank that is conveniently placed but has a penalty for using it? Would people like to have that option?

    Not everyone has the ability to do that, only Team Admins and Owners.

    I know, I do agree with a strong box, but make it more than that. Make it Robbable and you know... Ideas...
