Instead of buying armor out of nowhere like magic, you have to go to the black smith.
    Here's how this works.

    • Newer form of obtaining armor
      • Add in new source of obtaining armor from Blacksmith at the Mines
      • Leather is still obtainable from buying
      • (Newly added) Removed Diamond armor from Tailor
      • Processed Ores will now be more useful
      • Processed Iron can now be made into Chain armor
        • Boots costs 20 Iron and 2K cash & 15 seconds
        • Leggings costs 35 Iron and 4K cash & 45 seconds
        • Chestplate costs 45 Iron and 6K cash & 1 minute
        • Helmet costs 25 Iron and 3K cash & 30 seconds

      • Processed Gold can now be made into Gold armor
        • Boots costs 10 Gold and 1K cash & 1 minute
        • Leggings costs 20 Gold and 3K cash & 3 minutes
        • Chestplate costs 30 Gold and 4K cash & 4 minutes
        • Helmet costs 15 Gold and 2K cash & 2 minute
      • Processed Diamonds can now be made into Diamond armor
        • Boots costs 20 Diamonds and 40K cash & 3 minutes
        • Leggings costs 35 Diamonds and 70K cash & 6 minutes
        • Chestplate costs 45 Diamonds and 80K cash & 9 minutes
        • Helmet costs 25 Diamonds and 45K cash & 5 minutes
    • Emeralds & coal can be used to speed up the process of things
      • Coal gives 0.02% boost to speeding up the process
      • Emeralds give 0.20% boost to speeding up the process
You may ask,"Why does it cost so much, I don't got time for that." Well... If you want "Quality" items, it takes time and resources, you wouldn't want a diamond chestplate that could possibly be breaking in 50 hits from buying it randomly from strangers in towns now would you (as if logic comes into place). Producing and buying from the source is a whole lot better and makes more sense then buying it straight up from a random villager.

Some of these might change for balance fixing issues & such.

Not sure about the amount of cash, because this is way more expensive than what it is in shops/tailors as of now.

The cost of chain and gold will be lowered a tiny bit more I suppose, the diamond will stay around the same since it does reduce 80% of ALL DAMAGE. Still trying to figure out how much a person would normally make by mining or drug dealing.
Still trying to figure out correct balances of how much people earn money from resources in X amount of time.

Isn't it more worth it to go to a tailor, rather than buying from a blacksmith? It's instant, cheaper, and requires less work to get to.

Hmm, good point. But the thing is with buying armor is that it's a little too easy to get to. Although I guess Gold armor can be obtainable through buying and chain created through processing.
The diamond armor being so long is to reduce the amount of people obtaining it so easily and ruling everything with that power. It adds in a little more logic to WildWest.

Then tailor's prices should be raised as well, since you can basically get each dia armor piece for about 2-3k of gold.

The tailor's ability to give diamond armor should be removed since it's really easy to obtain that armor in a matter within hours.
What do you think is a proper balance to the cost of armors (expect diamond since that is removed in this sense).

Chain armour is prison armour m8.
And gold armour is Indian Armour.
But why pay 40k and 20 diamonds for boots when you can buy them for less then 2k at a Tailor?

I did say to remove diamond in one of my comments since it is rather easy to obtain x:
Welp, this idea is probably rather dead since most of the armors are used for different purposes.
Main reason why diamond is so expensive in this cause it's so easy to obtain (if you have enough money) in the shop and doesn't make sense buying it instantly from a Tailor.

OH, so you're getting rid of the dia armor from tailors :open_mouth: okay that makes so much more sense now. Sorry, I missed out quite an important detail.

I personally would like to see dia armor to be around 9-10k per piece with the cost of around a stack to two stacks of diamonds. Not too hard to get the money, but you've got to do quite a lot of work to get the diamonds.

I would be with Sheep here, maybe lower the prices a little?
