Sheriff's ability to teleport?

    The point is sheriffs shouldn't TP... I am giving off examples that they are fine the way they are...

    Alright, So your right about how sheriffs don't all have the power to tpa and are just like a normal player. However these sheriffs can accept tpa's for elites or any other ranks that have the power to send out a tpa. Now, if the player who received the tpa is not in combat, then they should be allowed to accept it. However if the player gets tagged in combat, then it should be disabled, this should go for sheriffs and players to. That's all.

    But why? I am not seeing the point. I myself have played for both sides, and honestly 2 sheriffs aren't a big deal. Even with just leather armor. One you can shoot first... Two you can leave the rebel base... Three put stuff in a horse... I mean, it isn't that hard to just avoid the matter. Why fix something or make it harder for someone who already has it tough?

    We were fighting one and when we had him low, he accepted a tpa from another sheriff who backed him us and ganked us. Its not about the rebel base or any of that. Its just about how the sheriff was able to accepted a tpa while in a fight. we got mad and I just couldn't believe this was acceptable.

    Because you lost? Honestly it is fully acceptable, it has happened to me and I have done it before. Sometimes sheriffs just need a little help. You do realize you not running means you were processing. So you planned on staying there anyway. They would have shown up anyway together. Like I already mentioned. You are just prolonging the inevitable.

    I didn't make this thread to simply cry about how we lost against a sheriff, its just dumb how a sheriff can just get backup and accept a tpa so he can scram and the other backs him up all fresh. Tpas should simply be disabled during combat and let the criminal and the sheriff fight. I guess its my wrong doings for asking the question and explaining it incorrectly. Now, if a sheriff were near by and came without the tpa then that's acceptable.

    I would be okay with this if the criminals couldn't do the same thing.

    Just make it so that there is a limit on how many tpa's you can accept in a certain amount of time so players can't bring in 15 players at one time and sheriffs can't bring in 5 sheriffs at one time.

    How would that work? Make a /tpaccept time limit??? Wouldn't they tp to another teammate instead?

    Their is a way to program a time limit in the plugins for the wild west. I just hope this will actually happen.
