    It's supposed to stop spamming but after 10 seconds you can post the same message again
    Off topic: I caught a spammer but I couldn't ban for that ( see the rules for banning ) and turns out he was spamming a ip for a server which is considered advertisement so I still got him :smile:

    On topic: people can be really stupid at spamming

    Maybe make it so that you can only post a message every 3 seconds. That way you can't spam quite as fast. This is why we have Moderators, to stop incidents like this. Unfortunately, Moderators can't be everywhere.
