    I was on Today at Harshaw Conductor with my two horses. There was a glitch and you couldn't ride your horse or even access its inv. Then here comes @Dsawemd and kills both my horses! IN A NON-ZONE!!!!! Wtf?????? After that the server gets rebooted so I don't have enough time to grab my valuable items in my horse. I Need My Stuff Back!!!!!!1

    Two possible things you could've done:
    1. Sent a PM to an admin about losing your stuff
    2. Creating a bug report thread for this server and calmly explaining what happened.

    Yeah sorry but admins don't refund your stuff. Report the bug but I would be surprised if you get compensation for your loss.

    Pretty sure you mean compensation.
    On-topic :
    I found that I could kill some horses in a non-pvp zone for some reason (only when the owner was off), not sure if it's anything to do with the person being on or not but in your case seems different.

    You are incorrect. Those "Horses" were copies that are created when you leave a horse out when the server reboots.

    A Horse copy created in such a way can be attacked by anyone, even the owner, anywhere. It cannot be stabled, and almost always cannot be ridden because it is such a derp and anchored to where it was created. It has no inventory.

    And if you kill it or even if you leave it alone, your ACTUAL horse is safe in the stables.
