    We can't give an ETA if we don't know how to fix it. Right now we have 3 developers looking into it. We know what's wrong, but we don't know what's causing it.

    The issue has apparently been there since the beginning. Why it's gotten this bad now, we don't know.

    The sudden lag increases probably coincide with whatever changes devs made on Thurs/Fri. I know one such change was to fix the way Cartels work.

    Update: 4/1/2/2016 12:22PM EST

    We found another memory leak while the server was up last night for around 1 hour. We fixed all chunk related issues but now we found another problem that causes even more problems in regards to memory usage.
