Need for a Money Sink

Wild West needs a money sink, or everyone will gather 5 million and get bored after a week, like some players already have.

Houses are not the money sink the server requires, even after Chests are fixed. There aren't enough of them, and the one-time purchase cost is not effective as a money sink.

IDEAS:

Rent: Each house subtracts a certain amount from the Owner's Bank, every week. If the Owner does not have the Rent money in their Bank, they lose the house.

Pay-2-Win Horses: Sell the Store Premium Horses, which are currently Pay-2-Play, if not Pay-2-Win, at the Stable for (25,000? 50,000?). The stable version of these premium horses do NOT respawn each hour, they die and are lost like normal horses. You could also sell these extra strong Horses at various locations (Speed: Indian Camp, Armored: Rebel Camp, Donkey: Mine)

/Deputy: A player can pay 100,000 (or more) by using /Deputy and the next time they spawn they will be a Sheriff for 2 hours, or until they die. The high cost of this would make any exploitation of this mechanic unprofitable, but it could still be fun for players who want to experience Sheriff. If they attack any player who is not Rogue, the Deputy's bounty is increased by 25,000.

Wolf Pet: Sell a consumable item to summon a pet wolf at the location for 500-1k. The pet does not attack, does not follow you, and stays in the general area it was summoned. When it dies, it sends a message saying "Your Wolf has been killed". Could be used as a sentry, counter: Don't kill the dog, it will let the owner know someone is near.
Alternatively: Sell bones so that we can Tame wild wolves that we happen to find. Their damage is not significant in a fight, since they can be killed with a single shot from any gun.

TL, DR: The server needs a way to lower the amount of money in people's Banks. There are four ideas presented: House Rent, Premium Horses for Gold, 1 death/2 hours worth of Sheriff for Gold (edit No), and Dog pets.

 

What if they could only do Sheriff actions (handcuff, inspect) on Rogues?

edit: And you could always raise the price so that they are buying an experience, not an exploit. No one would abuse this experience much if it cost 5 million to play for one life/two hours. High price/bounty incentives can protect from abuse.

Alternatively, please allow more people to be Sheriffs. Often there are Zero sheriffs online.
