    I admire your effort but their management of the gamemode thus far leads gives me no hope that they'll improve it in anyway.

    Brawl gets a fat F as far as HG goes. Absolutely nothing done to the gamemode

    Those are literally all bug fixes , (fixed very late may i add). Point still stands nothing has been done to the game mode. Thanks for trying though!

    Can i get an actual reply instead of a sarcastic rating @chickenputty ? , I'm talking about transformations to the gamemode not bug fixes. I hope this does not come off as flaming

    Most of them are bug fixes, the only things that have been added have been updates like friendly fire which are extremely minuscule.

    I've made a thread before about what I'd like to see get added/changed a while back and there are a lot of great posts from vets on here that deserve attention so I rather not get into specifics here, but I'd just like to see some change. Just something. I'm not trying to flame brawl, I will admit I'm frustrated.

    Another thing is no soup, a lot of people are against it. I don't think removing no soup would solve it, no soup just needs a complete revamp. Maybe totom can work on it or something after he's done with war 2.0

    What we want:
    1. 7/1.8/1.9 compatibility.
    2. No-soup removed completely or an idea like this:

    3. More soup servers. There isn't enough servers to keep up with demand. You die 5 minutes in a game, and you are forced to play no-soup or wait 15 minutes for a soup game. Not a exactly fun.
    4. Fix the technical issues early on. Bugs and lag drove a lot or players away early on. If Brawl just fixed those bugs and the lag there probably would still be players left, but that is not the case.
    5. More updates on what is being changed and let the community feel they have a say in what is being changed.
    6. Please fix the autoban system. This autoban is evil. It takes too long to ban actual hackers and likes to ban regular players for things like sprinting. It wouldn't be too bad if the first ban you got in 24 hours only lasted 10 minutes, but this thing lasts 1 hour every single time you get banned. This means you are either forced to appeal to a mad for help, which takes about 30 minutes, or you just wait the hour out. Either way, I don't feel like playing on Brawl after I'm banned, which isn't a good thing for the server.

    Tbh I think the best thing for HG is to temporary disable it,.do the things I listed above, and rerelease it and make a video on the YouTube channel explaining the changes and future plans for HG. A sale on ranks and kits should axcur during this time as well to raise funding. It would be great if a few top 5's were made to convince the skeptical mcpvper's that Brawl is dedicated to make HG good again.

    So I guess I'm a bit confused on this :/ You have the McPvP YT channel, apparently, but when you try and post videos, you get bad feedback because McPvP is dead and gone. And I guess I can see how that makes sense, in some people's eyes.
    The part I'm most confused on overall, is why are you using the McPvP channel? HG is Brawl property now, right? I would think it would have its own little spot on a Brawl YT channel. Do people post bad feedback because something like "Only McPvP should be doing HG videos!" Or something?
    I don't generally just get on Youtube and watch people to find out what games I should be playing, but I assume that some people do it, so that is what YT advertising is for. I think.
    I'm totally oblivious to how all that works though, which is why I am asking. I'm really confused.

    5. I have personally posted 4 threads seeking the communities feedback on various issues, and between myself, @Viva, and @Turmac, I am 100% sure we have looked at every single thread in the HG section.
    6. Not really much I can say to respond to this other than appeal ASAP @ appeal.brawl.com and it will be removed quickly.

    As for @Gohabsgo -
    Major Kit Changes:
    • Demoman chain reactions are now possible
    • Cuddler gives Strength I & Resistance I for 5 seconds, and replenishes food bar, but has a cooldown of 30 seconds
    • Explorer has been fixed and is now playable!
    • Grenadier rework: multiple explosions levels, depending on ammo. TNT = huge explosion, firework charge = large explosion, others = normal explosion
    • Lifeline gives Speed II & Regeneration II for 5 seconds, and replenishes food bar, but has a cooldown of 10 seconds (no more offensive lifeline)
    • Madman effect only triggers when 2 or more players are nearby
    • Reaper can give either Slowness, Weakness or Wither for 10 seconds but has a cooldown of 20 seconds
    • Rhino now has an instant charge ability which projects nearby entities, but has a cooldown of 20 seconds
    • Souper receives 4.5 hearts/food (instead of 3.5) when souping, and cooldown is now constant and lowered to 10 seconds
    » Notable Kit Changes:
    • Archer: killing an entity (not a player) will drop 150% of normal loot
    • Array starts with 5 beacons that when placed give Regeneration III. Healing array can also be destroyed
    • Assassin no longer occupies your helmet slot, uses particles instead
    • Chameleon can destroy mob eggs by dropping them, and the cooldown when hit is reduced to 3 seconds
    • Chemist can no longer throw negative potions during invincibility
    • Cultivator will spawn huge trees when possible (try it out!)
    • Dwarf can project all mobs
    • Frosty no longer replenishes hunger but drops +1 snowball
    • Rework of Gambler’s effects + cool lottery effect
    • Gladiator arena remains until a player dies, and no longer requires the Gladiator to be hit by at least 2 players to start
    • Grappler can grapple downwards but is limited to 150 uses
    • Ghost is invisible and can fly in spirit mode, and doesn’t need to be close to the body to return to it
    • Hades players will no longer be attacked by mobs
    • Hulk can pickup all mobs and cooldown is reduced to 3 seconds
    • Hunter ability now also works with sheep & rabbit, and drops 4 cooked items instead of 2
    • Jellyfish water deals Poison II for 2 seconds
    • Kangaroo has a stronger horizontal jump but is limited to 150 uses
    • Kaya can place gravel and sand without updating it
    • Log items go directly to Lumberjack’s inventory, and receives Speed II for 5 seconds when destroying logs
    • Magma no longer takes damage from water + can set all entities on fire for 8 seconds
    • Necro insta-kills all aggressive mobs
    • Nightlock soup can’t be differentiated from normal soup and causes 3 to 13 damage when food bar empty, 1 to 11 otherwise
    • Pickpocket has up to 10 seconds to steal items (max. 6) and can take items from hotbar except the one the victim is holding
    • Poseidon explicitly gives Strength II and can’t drown at all
    • Pyro’s fireballs explode and set all nearby entities on fire, and attacks deal 130% damage to entities on fire
    • Rider has a max travel distance of 100 blocks
    • Salvager: everyone can use the anvil
    • Scorch has 50 seconds of usage time
    • Spectre: reversed sugar and redstone items
    • Spiderman creates a 3x3x3 web box that lasts for 5 seconds
    • Suppressor: arrows cause 3 hearts of damage + minor buff tweaks
    • Tank: explosions caused by killing entity are way bigger
    • Timelord: cooldown reduced to 30 seconds + players can’t enter frozen area
    • Titan: no longer need to block with your sword to charge, only crouch
    • Trapper: not limited to this kit, but added string recipe
    • Urgal: receives 3 Strength + Resistance potions that last for 1 minute
    • Vulture: multiple people can’t bet on the same person anymore + update death book format
    • Warder: cooldown lowered to 45 seconds
    • Wisp: fixed clones AI
    • Woolymorph: cooldown reduced to 20 seconds
    • Complete feasts revamp:
      • Feast platform is bigger (radius of 30 blocks, previously 23);
      • Added different feast themes, depending on the biome in which it spawns. Current themes are: plains, desert, snow and nether (more to come);
      • Chests are dispersed throughout the platform;
      • The enchantment table can now create better enchants, with the help of the bookshelves (which can be destroyed to adjust the results);
      • Chests contain more and better loot;
      • At the moment the feast is placed, players located on the platform are teleported at the edge.
    • The forcefield no longer shrinks and doesn't deal any damage, unless you somehow get outside (more to come next week);
    • Lowered pre-game waiting times: servers will take between 10 and 20 minutes to start. Will likely be reduced even more.
    New Teams System
    • Completely redesigned teams system, which is a lot more flexible now. One may create a team with "/team create", and invite people with "/team invite <player>". In turn, the invited players (and only them) can join with "/team join <leader name>".
    • "/team chat" will allow players to toggle between team and global chat, and similarly, "/team sb" will toggle the team's scoreboard, which displays a list of the team members, and their respective health.
    • A full list of commands can be found with "/team help" and "/team help-leader" for team leaders!
    • Your chat shall not be spammed by "xxx logged out" messages anymore.
    Various Game Changes
    • The world border starts shrinking at the 20 minutes mark, and reaches a size of 100x100 10 minutes later (30 minutes mark).
    • No more rude, indiscreet and impolite BURP! sound when healing with soup.
    • You may now be AFK during pre-game (but not during game).
    • Nightlock & Souper kits disabled in no-soup mode.
    • You should see your rank when you die.
    • No more rain!
    Major fixes/changes:
    • Nerfed damage of swords, axes, pickaxes and shovels by 1, not effective during pre-game. This affects critical hits and the Viking kit as well.
    • Added teams friendly fire option: team leader uses /team ff to toggle. Use at your own risks!
    • VIPs can now spawn within 2 minutes of game (+2 for invincibility period)
    • Fixed MVP respawn bug
    • Significantly reduced sever startup time (from ~3 minutes to ~1.5 minute)
    • Potions now work in pre-game
    • Border actually shrinks at 20 mins
    • Removed 40 minutes game limit
    > Other fixes/changes:
    • Fixed once and for all /list (or /who)
    • No more fire damage in pre-game: fire will wear off once you manage to get out of that lava pit!
    • Teammates that have recently been damaged appear red in teams scoreboard (use /team sb to toggle it)
    • Prevented chest opening before game start
    • Officially fixed critical hits.

    Yeah, we surely haven't changed a damn thing, have we?

    Ok you got me ,the feast additions were a great add, but in my defence the game hardly ever gets to the feast so I forgot about it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    But that was exactly what was needed, it got me to play after months of not at all. Even if it was just to see the feast. Changes like urgal getting particle affects are nice but they're not getting players on

    Just saying, it is possible to make a server tri-version compatible, it's even possible to do it for select gamemodes on a network; I've seen other networks make select gamemodes 1.7.10, 1.8.x and 1.9.x compatible on a 1.9 build. So yea, while it may be difficult for Brawl it definitely is not impossible.

    Hey, is that still a thing? Cause I love pickpocket, but I used it again recently, and I couldn't steal from the hotbar :/ That update made it one of my favorite kits :stuck_out_tongue:

    :stuck_out_tongue: Well, I didn't think you could take kit items, cause they are always "non-transferable" anyway. That might be rather OP with the sword though, I can see. It might be fixed up overall if you couldn't take weapons anyway, because sometimes I'll play with a Monk friend, and we can take his sword that way :stuck_out_tongue: Which does make it a bit hard for him to win.
    Still able to take items from the hotbar, but not swords or axes. I think that would make sense.

    You can empty his hotbar of soup as well, causing him to die.
