Wild West House Ownership Problem

So today my clan Cows decided to merge with the clan GM for mutual benefit and we decided to buy a new 80k house to upgrade from Cow's old 40k house to a new upgraded 80k house but we ran into a problem.

Due to our lack of knowledge about the team home system we ended up letting Red_Dragonite a admin in GM buy the house instead of our owner which unbeknownst to us stopped us from turning the house into a team hq putting us in a bit of a sticky situation.

Therefor since there was no staff on to help we decided to come to forums in hope that we could receive assistance in either
A) Transferring ownership of the house from Red_Dragonite to gamehereos
B) Refunding the house
C) Temporarily transferring ownership of GM to Red_Dragonite and at the end of the week transferring ownership back so that gamehereos can still own his clan and we can make sure of the house we bought.

We have essentially found that our for ourselves but that's why we offered 3 plausible options to solve our problem.
As well as that I'm sure that admins with access to the FTP can change the ownership or at least try.

 

Thanks dude that would be great because we managed to raise enough money to get a new 80k house and if we could atleast refund the other house for some money it would be great

 

Yeah I'm sure your right that little things might need to be added such as;
Removing any team hq's/personal hq's before you sell transfer ownership.
Time restraints on exchanging ownership (if that be in for multiple use, initial etc)
