[Clan Unit]
The penultimate representation of universal clan capability

It's that time again everyone. Lightwielder is trying his hand at managing another clan once more. I know that many of you enjoy hanging around the popular clans in the popular servers with the popular people but I encourage you to try this system out.

Unit is based off the principle that level does not make the player. The kill death ratio is the best and simplest way to gauge the capabilities of the user. It's shown that sometimes an environment of like-minded, supportive people can bring out the best in everyone. My mission with this clan is to make that environment of support and teamwork beyond the massive war of clan attrition.

Unit reqs:
- Level 30+ (for accurate kdr reading)
- Kdr of 3.0 or higher
- Versatility in playstyle demonstrated
- Maturity both in and out of game

A few users have the potential to be hand-picked if I deem their capability to be beyond their current stats. This will be a rare occurance however.

Obviously, the clan can't get anywhere without base, founding members. This is why I turn to the forums. You represent the most dedicated and skilled out of the community. Those of you who meet the moderator requirements are welcome to express their interest. The slots that I'm looking for will be shown below. There will be a private conversation page where moderators can discuss Unit as a whole, make suggestions, and add their knowledge to the pool.

Unit moderator reqs:
- Level 60+
- Respect to all players shown regularly
- Very mature, worthy of a moderator title
- Makes sure that other players, in or out of the clan, feel welcome rather than intimidated

I'm looking at a clan of about fifty people tops. If my theory is accurate, having a team of highly skilled players should prove more efficient and effective than larger clans in greater numbers. It happened before, I believe it can happen now.

I'm getting the impression from the community that a clan like Unit isn't welcome, which I'm okay with.
The only issue now is that I have this worthless clan thread that won't get anywhere.


Fun times

The issue I'm encountering here is that all of the 100+ players that meet the reqs for Unit don't want to join Unit, and almost literally no one below level 100+ meets the reqs in order to join. I might just have to drop the reqs down to a more reasonable level.
