Being mature is one important point of being staff, activity is a must and shows what is expected of me to become a functional staff member.

Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? - No one else has access to my account and no one will gain access to my account. If someone else is on my account it's safe to assume that my account has been hijacked.

How old are you? - I am currently 16 years old, I just recently had my birthday and I'm currently in the 11th Grade.

What time zone are you in? - AWST / GMT +8

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - No, I'm not multilingual nor do I speak multiple languages. Considering most of Brawl's players are from the US (assumption), English as my main language wouldn't impact much even if I'm having a conversation with a player with different race or language.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - Minecraft is a sandbox game created by games developer Notch (Markus Persson), Notch has then given his developer status to Jeb another game developer who added in the main aspects of Minecraft we know today. Minecraft was owned by Mojang until it was bought by Minecraft a few years ago. I first joined Minecraft in 2010 on the Demo version with no survival modes but an open world creative game until I bought the full Minecraft game in 2011 where I understood it since I played the demo version. There was no sprinting or hunger bars and the bow was much different (no pullback). In 2012, I started to play a build server then later on a faction server where I found the game more enjoyable rather than constantly playing in Singleplayer. This shows my current experience and knowledge of Minecraft and I'm willing to learn more if I haven't learnt everything about it already. Minecraft servers are usually either Bukkit or Vanilla and servers with anything unusual from normal minecraft most likely has 'plugins'.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I used to be a very flawed jmod for WarZ so I can't count that as proper experience, so I was a Head-Admin on a practice server which has been closed down where I learnt more complex commands and was well respected on the server as well as fun. In this practice server, I had to deal with hackers and overall rule breakers every day because of the popularity of the server at certain times. I was also a helper on a server which has also been closed and I just had to deal with chat most of the times to prevent any flame wars commencing. Usually, I give a warning before I take action against the players with the exception of hackers where they are banned on sight. I worked with three strikes and you're out but during my time as Head-Admin, I shortened it to two strikes. I know the basic commands of most staff members unless there are plugins with different commands in which I have to learn.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - Starting off, I would take care of the chat for the server so that the environment is family friendly. Later on I would attempt to deal with more blatant rule breakers such as hackers and or people whom abuse glitches or bugs to take advantage of anything. If anyone breaks the rules with the exception of hackers (instantly taken action against) I will first give them a warning so they know they shouldn't repeat what they just did. If did again, either action or another warning will be issued but the third time will have immediate action. Considering the timezones, I can catch the more 'blatant' rule breakers whom could be ruining the experiences of players in my timezone where other staff aren't online or are busy with something else considering I'm highly active and fairly mature on Wild West and on teamspeak. I will my absolute best to ensure both the forums, teamspeak and in-game is a 'safe' or family friendly environment (considering our younger players). If I get asked questions, I will try my best to answer even if I'm mistaken where I could refer to another staff member for help. I could assist other staff if there are multiple rule breakers on one server in so they can be dealt with faster.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I have not used a hacked client before and never will, I only have one Minecraft account so if I'm banned, I'm banned. This is why I haven't ever used a hacked client before. Due to my fear of being banned considering Minecraft has upped itself to be my favourite game. Hacking will not only ruin other people's experiences but your own if you get used to hacking on Minecraft.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - I've been banned three times on Brawl due to an automatic ban in all three cases I was unbanned because there was a mistake with my bans considering my high ping due to where I live. I've been banned for flying because I suffered high ping where I froze mid air and got automatically banned though I have no evidence to back myself up that case. But during the night, my ping increases drastically where it's virtually unplayable. All these bans occurred quite some time ago and all of them have been a mistake due to the automatically banning bots.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength is my overall activity on all three categories, I know a lot about moderating servers and to spot any flaws in the system. I'm a nice and approachable person if you find me on teamspeak and ask a question. I will answer most of the time unless I'm afk or really busy.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness currently after starting Minecraft again in general is that, I build a lot of tension inside if something makes me upset or mad rather. Most of the times now, I keep it in my head but I stress when I do, but the process for making me mad or upset is not a fast one so rest assured (I never flame in chat about it and I'm used to getting flamed at) There hasn't been a case in the past year ago before I let my stress hit me so it's my current weakness but not the biggest issue of a weakness. Like a few years ago, I was rather timid and shy but I talk a lot more than I did.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? - I am extremely active on mainly Wild West and WarZ but I am currently concentrating most of my time on Wild West, considering I have become a sheriff. Where the requirements were just for me to be mature and active where I easily cover all the categories. I'm on teamspeak every day for a few hours and I frequently check the forums when I get bored or I want to quickly check on my alerts. Considering I have over 2000 messages on the forums, I can be considered highly active, also I'm on the leaderboards for most playtime on Wild West which shows I'm also active ingame. Timezones are the only reason why most people don't see me on but stating teamspeak again, I have talked to a few mods so they know I'm active on teamspeak.

Which Brawl servers are you most active on? - I'm most active on Wild West as shown with my overall playtime and my dedication to it can be shown where the same people I meet everyday can confirm it.

How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? - During weekdays, I can put up to an hour each day now considering I have exams coming up and on weekends I can provide as much time as I need on the server. During weekdays, I will be more active on teamspeak and forums but during the weekends, I will probably be ingame for most of the time.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? - I would give them a warning for the first offence, if repeated I would either take action or give them a last chance and finally if repeated punishment might be given for a temporary time.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If someone breaks the rules on the forums, I would report them for misconducting on the forums so a staff with more power can punish them or warn them.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? - If someone breaks the rules on teamspeak I would give them a warning, if repeated I will take action depending on the offence or misconduct.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? - I will attempt to get assistance from other moderators if possible. If there are no other staff online, I will attempt to find the people whom are abusing the glitch and prevent them from abusing the glitch and immediate action will be taken place if they continue, until other staff members get online to resolve the issue.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I've made 3 I believe, all during 2014 or 2015.

What is the date of the last application you submitted? - February 5th 2015

Do you have a working microphone? - Yes, I currently have Razer Hammerhead Pros which has a mic built into it so people can understand me a lot better.

Are you able to record and upload videos? - Yes, I have fraps as my main recording software and Windows Live Movie Maker as my current video editor.

Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? - Considering, I was former staff or admin on a server, I know how staff commands work and how to use them and when to use them.

Anything else we should know about you? - Wrote the application on Word, hopefully nothing will mess up. Also, I believe I won't be flawed as I was during 2014 because I'm older and more mature. I have cleaned up my act and hopefully have a shot at staff again. I don't mind advise if I don't make it once again.
