    IMO mojang is pushing it with the EULA. they should be targeting servers that sell creative mode in pvp for $500, not servers that sell a diamond sword for $1

    What makes hclewk think he can fix this? He's the one who gave up and sold everything in the first place. Way before the EULA stuff was a even problem.

    Chickenputty, or whoever has the knowledge, may i ask exactly which items in the shop are breaking the EULA terms? Is it the kits? The Status Benefits? (Vip, MVP, Etc..) What is it exactly that is against the rules? The MC-War items, or the Wild West items?

    1. He didn't "give up". McPvP didn't make a profit for 6 months, so server costs were too much so he had to shut down. He had to stop, and definitely didn't give up considering he's attempted to start fresh with 2 new servers recently.
    2. One of the biggest reasons McPvP died was because of the EULA. They tried to actually comply with the EULA, instead of trying to pretend it doesn't exist like most servers did at the time. As a result, even though they switched back to their old donation methods after, they lost out on a lot of server revenue.

    How are these 70-80 people online?

    I know some of them logged on before the blacklist expanded, and are staying logged on.
    I know some of them are playing on 1.6.4.

    It's pretty expensive, trust me I went there. Considering the trip, hotel everything. Maybe 2000dollars. And not too Mention it's hard af to get the tickets. Just sayin
    pretty much everything Did tbh.

    On topic. Lets hope this isn't the fatal blow to Brawl and that we can fix this
