Regarding the EULA situation between Brawl and Mojang, I feel as we should call all the devs and admins off of other projects to work on this problem. The devs can work on what can be purchasable after the EULA change. We have had 20 MONTHS to work on this. Why haven't we started already? Maybe the server we've all grown to love is really just a server full of greedy staff? I don't know. But what I do know is that this need worked on ASAP. We can not afford more server downtime. This will greatly decrease the income of the server. Who would want to buy a rank if the server is down? I'll give you a hint. N O B O D Y. So what do you say admins and devs? Postpone your current projects and work on the cosmetics that can be purchasable after the EULA change. @chickenputty @Ktar5 @Mario

We had 20 months and 2 months notice about the blacklist. Why didn't you guys do anything when mojang contacted you?

Well, the ride is over. Its best to now quickly comply.

Take a long term view regarding server decisions, it is healthier. The idea that Mojang being slow to act caught you off guard is self-defeating, the 2 months should have given you enough time to do more than squeeze in a final sale.

When can we expect the servers to be recognized as EULA compliant?

Guys if we do not want our beloved Brawl to be shut down, we must work as a team and have everyone chime in.

I have given what advice I thought best on the Wild West post-eula thread in the same manner that I gave it here. I agree, there's only one team, when it comes to this mess.

You answered your question with your question.
Like you said, 20 months warning.....

After nearly 2 years of them threatening to do something, who's really going to take them seriously?
And to be honest with you, if Brawl complied with the EULA when they were originally contacted, Brawl probably wouldn't of generated enough income to stay up (or for it to be worth while... this is a business)

And by the way, what exactly gives you the interpretation that the developers and administrators are working on other projects... and not just the cosmetic features that will be implemented for Mojang to remove the blacklist? I guarantee you they are working as fast as they can, they want the server back up much more than you do.

EDIT: And in my opinion, the whole cosmetic option for donators will not work for Brawl. I know everyone's defense for that statement is "Well it works for Hypixel and Mineplex so why can't it work for brawl?" Well those two servers are about 10x as large as Brawl. Mojang is apparently incapable to realize that them actually enforcing this will be the end of Minecraft Multiplayer in the long run.

The majority of you don't realize, minecraft servers are a business. Chap, and the developers/admins of Brawl will not continue doing this if there's no money to be made. (or maybe i'm wrong)

Though in my opinion, Brawl seems to care a lot more about simply staying up and being a professional well-structured community... then turning a profit every month, and i respect that.

Networks based around Factions/Prison/Skyblock etc... they are simply not going to be around much longer... i give it another 6 months or so. As someone that has actually been making a living owning servers for the past 3-4 years, i can tell you that i would not even think about doing it whilst only selling cosmetic perks.

Well that was one big ass wall of text, there's my two cents i guess.
P.S: I wrote this after being awake for about 30 hours, i apologize for any grammatical/spelling errors.

That's probably the worst thing you can do with the current state of Brawl.
