    As you said, guns, kits, classes etc. are not allowed if they do not provide a balanced alternative for non-paying users. Gameplay balance is not relevant to the EULA. If the items included in the kit are purely cosmetic, you can charge real money/hard currency. You will still be able to buy them though but no longer with real money, refer to what @phillip0602 said.

    You will be aware of the changes as soon as possible. Wait a little bit.
