Idea Survival PvP Should be Truly hardcore?

    SurvivalPvP is very close to resetting. I believe when it resets, changes should be made. Very small changes, but still very important. I believe they should disable voting for SurvivalPvP and SurvivalPvP only. I say this because it's litteraly a hardcore soup server, yet you can get free **** from voting? That's a load of bull crap, not very hardcore if you ask me. LITTERALY, you can save up your voting tokens for like a month straight before the map reset, and get 3k gold the second the maps resets. Tell me that's not op? wtf is this.

    The end doesn't ever need to reset, the fact that every two days a player can get 68 levels, and we play on 1.8, is way to freaking op. The end should never reset, making the dragon egg very valuable. Also the end should have a border of about 8k, just like the nether. I believe it would add a very exiting thrill if people can build end bases. Also, the nether portal, nor the end portal should be at spawn. like seriosly that's not hardcore at all.

    I also believe that players should be able to build bases on top of the nether to. I know most people aren't really used to the concepts of end and over bedrock nether bases. But I really like the idea, and think it would be pretty badass.

    These are very basic adjustments to make the server a true hardcore soup server. Reply down below what you think, or if you have any other ideas to make it more hardcore. Thank you:smile:

    It is fine the way it is. They are thinking about making the /vote on hold til a little after the reset. If anyone can vote it shouldn't be a problem.

    Also the end needs to reset... 68 levels isn't that bad... most of the time it is shared between like 4 or 5 people.

    no bases on top of nether. That adds more concepts to base building and most players will just ignore that part anyway.

    I haven't played 1.9 much, but apparently there's a way to respawn the enderdragon legit on the new version. If so, they could just add that. What if the dragon egg would only have a 0.1% chance of dropping, to make it more rare and prestigious?

    Also, I've never really played SPvP so I don't know how OP the voting is there, but if it is truly detrimental to the hardcore theme, it should be nerfed. I've never been a fan of OP voting rewards, as it just seems to be pointless to actually play when you can beat the server just by voting. I'm over 10 prestiges on some prison server that used to be owned by Serayne92 (some of you might know what it is) purely by voting. Since soon you'll probably be able to get warps from voting, all the other rewards should be nerfed.

    It's vanilla not hardcore. Most people forget to vote anyways and 90% of the server is just noobs that don't know what voting is. Mafias is right, it's perfectly fine the way it is, if it was so overpowered it would've ruined the gamemode a long time ago but it hasn't and it won't.

    Its not bad for the server at all. I think a days voting is 32 gold. which is nothing...

    Im VIP, so I usually get a stack. Other ranks over me get even more than that.

    EULA is changing that. So everyone will get the same sadly. Anyway, I think the voting needs to be even better. Just get rid of gold and I think it would be amazing.

    The end bases is not a good Idea since it would make it OP. It will almost be impossible to find bases

    I like the idea of removing voting, with the EULA thing I think you could use a lot of vote tokens to unlock more warps instead. The building bases on top of the nether idea I don't too much though.

    Voting helps the server out, which we greatly need, however, the rewards to need to be fixed. Even say getting 30 levels per 1 day of voting would be better. Then it would be convenient, but not too OP, as it would require luck to receive something good enchanting wise.
