Name pretty much says it all. Squad of four skeletons in armor (varies with purchased squad) and bow (varied too.) You can send these squads after a designated target, but only if their bounty is above a certain amount. Command would work something like this: /hitmen hire <Type (1, 2, or 3, with leather, gold, and diamond armor, with power 1, 2, or 3 bows)> <Targets Username.>

I can see this being added. Issues though

    Would they spawn in towns?
What if player was in a town?
    Would they drop their gear?
    How much is this?
Do they spawn on a player?
What if they spawn in a wall?

Something like this would have a huge formula and send pretty impossible. To many variables, but player based hunters aren't a bad idea either.

Except the infinite questions above ^^^

I actually do find this pretty intresting, as I think it may take a while to code it but I think in the end it will be worth it

Could just make it player based instead of NPC

You mean players being Hit Men? I'm sorry if I misunderstood you, but if not it would be kind of cool to see Hit Men as players, in meaning similar as Sheriffs.

It would be nice to be able to take out Contracts which would Add to the value of someone's head, without increasing their Bounty.

Example: Dsaw pays 5000 and chooses TheMafias as the target. The next time TheMafias is killed by a player, his head is worth 2500 more than it otherwise would be.

We could also add a fourth Player Tracker which let you track only these Targets, or just announce it in Chat when a target is set.

Bounty tracker, except this time it tracks nearest player with money put on their head.
Not another rank you can apply for, we have one already.
Hell naw fam. Youd just make being one a req for CROW.
Try a range from 1-2 minutes, should be enough time to kill or get killed.

1: Cannot spawn in towns/on players in towns.
2: Shouldn't be too OP, try in the tens of thousands range to hire.
    3: Cannot drop gear
4: Spawns in wall, sucks to suck.

A playerbased Hit Men system would be cool, honestly, but I don't see the point for it. Why hire someone when you can roll in with full gear and wreck the player yourself?

Hiring NPC's to kill someone is a poor system for bounty hunting:
    • Coding issues. The mobs will have so many glitches. They will need to be quite smart to fill the role of bounty hunter.
    • Hard to balance NPC Combat Difficulty, even if the code is perfect. They will likely be either a joke, or Gods of Death.
    • NPC combat is less interactive (less fun) than Player combat.
    • The main reason to kill an average target is their Loot. You overvalue Spite as an incentive for killing.
Let's pretend its implemented, lets pretend there are no glitches, and lets pretend the NPC's do not suck at combat. Its still Healthier for the server long term to encourage people to utilize other players, instead of teaming up with NPC's. The person who buys these skeletons will regret their purchase (unless the skeletons are Gods of Death lol), and wish that instead they spent that money on a player Bounty Hunter (to kill) or Hired Gun (to defend).

The only time hiring an NPC to fight your battles for you would be useful is if everyone on the server hates you too much, or loves the target too much, for them to help you kill the target for money.

tldr: What we really need is some system to incentivize a specific player's death that does not rely on Chat Promises. If the server is guaranteeing payment, we will see players accept those contracts and hunt down the targets.
