VIP really isn't THAT op. A 4 minute delay and no enderchest... That's a good, solid, respectable donation. Now MVP... I just can't respect MVPs. MVP is pay2win. VIP is more of a pay4anoccasionalhelp.

 

MVP teams are the worst thing.

 

Even though some of my team are MVPs, we don't just rush and takes risks all the time. We use stragety, unlike all the other MVP teams.

I agree on everything Niek except that I don't think MVP and VIP are overpowered

If this was a smaller server (like old minestrike), I would have no problem with pay to win because it generates revenue to pay for the other servers and improve them. A large server like warz should make it where it is hard work/experience2win.

 

As a MVP I do agree it is kind of op but we have donated for the server to support it.

 

I disagree with the 'Pay to win' claim completely. I consider the VIP and the MVP to be rather balanced if you ask me. I mean, no matter all the other things you get, people donate for /tpa. That is what people want. If people are willing to donate their money to the server, they have to be rewarded, and /tpa is their reward. I think it will be a bad decision if /tpa was to be taken from MVP/VIP.

 

Honestly mvp isn't that op. It could be but depends on your skill level for it to be op. If u have mvp to tp to help someone then good but if u have it to keep tping so you can distract the enemy then go to hell...

 

MVP is extremely op, because you get extra loot when you spawn, you can tp each 2 minutes, and you get an Ender Chest to store things that stay there no matter what until you take them out.

Walking to snow for me only takes about 2-5 minutes without running out of the default food given to you, I don't have a problem with walking there, but yeah, I take risks with my team sometimes when we plan to rush, or we strategize on how we're gonna kill them. Usually I'm alone when I travel, loot ,or when I'm about to go in a fight. I don't always stick with a team, I personally like not having a team or having friends with me while I'm looting chests in places such as snow and nether. The tpa command is op in fights though. I also believe that almost every game is pay to win, are they not?

When you kill a full diamond in full iron.

 

I remember this time when a leather guy walked up to me and started attacking me then tpaed his friend and i killed him so he tpaed to the friend and then another guy tpaed to them and then i killed the guy who tpaed to the guy in the beginning and he tpas back then I kill the guy who tpaed at the end and he tpas back.
Short story, it was a long fight against freaking leathers.

 

Did you have like iron and T4 guns? That sounds annoying, having leather guys tp'ing back over and over..
