  • act like you've helped everyone in every way
  • have the mindset that you're going to be accepted no matter what
  • repeat yourself multiple times
  • repeat yourself multiple times with slightly different words
  • give an entire schedule of how many hours you can contribute every day
  • don't use the correct format
  • spend 5 minutes on your application
  • lie about anything on your application
  • write a novel for each question
  • write 2 words for each question
  • write your application at 2 AM
  • be me
  • ask every single staff member to read your application
  • completely overrate yourself
  • have no prior forum posts
  • once you get it, make everyone kiss your toes and abuse your power
