    I had an experience today where I tried to stop the server lag, but was killed in the process by someone who showed really poor sportsmanship.

    We were experiencing terrible lag- someone had put down water in such a way that it was lagging the server out. Game Speed 8%. No one could mine, PVP, brew, hunt, or anything. @Lozzylouise came on- she was trying to replace the water with netherrack, and I came up with a better idea- why not use sponges? She gave coordinates of the problem (near spawn), I told everyone I was bringing sponges and not to PVP with me. I bought 5 stacks, spawned in my OP suit (because I had DS3/FF4 boots, and didnt want to deal with mobs) and I sped out there with my 5 stacks of sponges.

    I got to the location, started using my sponges and I was ambushed by none other that TheGodEnd. He had iron, I had soup with full P4, a sharp5 sword with fire, and sponges. After thinking about it, I didnt want to screw around with killing him, and I logged out, hoping he would get the hint.

    I returned and realized I spawned on the roof of spawn, and he killed my villager.

    I spoke with him for a few minutes, asking for my stuff back. It's not like I can't afford it; I can pull out this very quickly, but the principle of the thing really peeves me. After much debate, a few demands and an f-bomb or two, he declined to return my OP.

    TheGodEnd showed nothing but the worst aspects of Survival. He knew I was there to fix the horrific lag, he knew that I had no desire to PVP, he knew that I could do something that would make the server playable for everyone else on, and yet, he decided to go for 'Easy loot'. I dropped all the sponges at that point and I'm sure he didn't do anything with them.

    At any rate, since it was so important to kill me, I have decided to make him an enemy of Vanta. We are going to come for his bases. We are going to come for his OP. We are going to come for his stuff, not because he's rich or he's easy. Nah, it's because he's a poor sport, a brat and needs to learn a lesson.

    i don't know how it feels to get raided and targeted by every vanta members 24/7.
    but i know its bad.
    it feels bad enough to get called bad,bad at life and etc.
    (just making this post because am quitting)
    and also you're rich enough to get dubs of p4.
    i don't even have one piece of p4.
    also i placed all the sponges down on the coords x;13 y;577 which was the laggy water
    i liked the time when i did'nt get hateful comments
    and i did'nt mean to cause a arguement
    i was afk when you said your not pvping
    i came back when you said the coords to the location so i thought i could travel there

    There are always highs and lows in a community, and this is nowhere near coming to an and. We have to face up to the harsh reality of communities; that is, with old codgers who make it rotten and righteous persons who do the best they can to resolve problems, improve a server and so on, it's sad but true to say. Though, you are the perfect paradigm, and it's good to have players like you within a community.

    I think TheGodEnd is starting to learn how big a mistake he made... (and no it wasnt a 3v1 it was a 3v4 and Vanta killed two of them and gl0wen+MelonAids left thegodend to die) thegodend.png

    I haven't tracked in like 2 weeks or something, but after reading this thread. I've regained inspiration. I'm going to dedicate most of my time on SPvP just for tracking that guy.
