Idea Custom Perms

Me and xps1530 were talking today, when we came up with this concept. Please leave feedback.

Custom Perms
The concept is custom perms, a system so you can micromanage peoples perms. You can create a custom perm, and save it and load it. What you do is do /perm custom. This will open up this menu. (Please be advised that I forgot to add the "Edit Previous Perms" icon. Here is a recap of this image. There is a button on the bottom right corner that says "New Perm". This will create an empty perm for someone to edit. However, above you can select a previous perm to edit. (Coal = Vistor, redstone = Member, iron = manager, emerald = Owner).

The next screenshot is what will happen if you select "New Perm" In this menu, you can edit the perm to your liking.

Grass Block - (Can Build) This option will allow players to build. If checked, they can build on the world.

Wooden Axe - (Can Use World Edit) If checked, the player can use World Edit. If disabled, then players can not do any WE commands.

Redstone - (Can Use Redstone) If enabled, people can use buttons, levers, and pressure plates. If disabled, they can not. They can not open doors.

Wooden Door - (Can Use Doors) If enabled, players can open and close doors. They can not use redstone.

Hopper - (Can Perm) This allows players to Perm other players. For safety, it will be checked off as the default, unlike the others were it is enabled default.

Nether Star - (Can Edit Map Options) If enabled, players can edit map options.

Water Bucket - (Can Edit Weather) If enabled, players can edit the weather/time ONLY. Nothing else.

Gravel - (Destroy Specific Blocks) This is very experimental, and probably won't be added. What it does is let players break certain blocks. For example, I'm making an adventure map and I want someone to be able to break clay, but not grief my map. I could click this option, then type in the chat the ID of the block.

Then, at the bottom there is options to save the perm (Emerald) name it (Nametag).

You can save the perm, then do /perm [rank name].

Mhm, that's what I thought as well. It would be really hard to code, and the coders should focus on something else. This is just a suggestion for when everything settles down (You know, when War 2.0 comes out and they basically fix BRAWL in general...)
