New Idea: Bring back Free Elite

No.. no this is a terrible idea.

Already, because of the EULA pay 2 win ranks can not exist. Even if there was ranks, as stated above there would be little money. A Minecraft server can't run off of donations. Maybe Mine**** can, but Brawl can't.

 

Pack you bags Warz players it was a fun vacation, its time to go home now.

 

Dude without a Rank it's gonna be better, good guys win bad guys lose they will have to run back now we have to be MORE careful when we fight..

 

what the **** dude what's not fair is that people that have lifetime MVP or Elite OR VIP could tp or use the echest

 

@Kurma we are adding in a way for people to purchase boosters for warz that will give people the ability to /tpa and use enderchests

 

First, we need to look at the big picture. Look at the shop right now, and you'll see that we only have 5% of the expenses covered. Without ranks, that will be Brawl for the rest of eternity until it dies. Ranks are the only thing that really makes people pay for the server. The argument here is that without ranks, there would be no Brawl. You need to look past the unfair-ness of the Pay2Win system, but instead look at Brawl as a whole and how it is helping.

Now, trust me when I say I would love to have no ranks. It would be a lot more fair, but realistically that isn't possible, and you'll have to take one for the team.

Also, your statement about how players left is a little weird... The ranks changed, they can no longer be pay2win. That was what free Elite was, a quick fix to it while they work on the real ranks. The real ranks are only cosmetic, and you can no longer buy guns ect. There is no difference now from the free Elite, and it would make little sense to leave just because the colors are different.

If you're not getting what I'm saying, they can no longer sell any Pay2Win ranks, basically making this idea not valid. (Because then you would be pointlessly taking away things that would make money)

Anyway, I don't want this to turn into a Forums War.

Edit: Your suggestion of the TPA could not be, because it would violate the EULA. It gives players an advantage because they bought the items with money.

 

That would give you a lifetime advantage over another player violating the Eula

 

The problem is that mvp is too much unfair (If u are in a fight against mvp , their friend will tp and u will get teamed ez and u dont need skills to win a 5v1...) so if nothing is changed soon , i will quit mcbrawl and im not the only one. I would suggest that anyone could tp to someone every 5mins , mvps every 2mins. Mvp's should also have the abilty to spawn closer to a city of their choice. Cosmetics should also be only for mvps. This would be fair, and mcbrawl would win more money than " Mvp = Ez win blank name = get reckted , quit warz" method.

I mean personally I don't see any way WarZ would stay alive without the free ELITE. It's been a great thing for the server. I'm sure you guys have explored every other option so...

This is probably the end of WarZ, and maybe Brawl.

 

No, because it gives a server wide boost for everyone. If it was for one person, then it would.
