Our data analysis show that the military will generally be ineffective during the Zombie Apocalypse.

The easiest, most acceptable answer is there are NOT ENOUGH MILITARY people or police to curtail an event which brings the dead back to life almost as fast as you are able to kill them.

By the time heavier weapons are able to be brought to bear, most of the military positions are overrun.

Again this depends entirely upon the nature of the contagion.

Director Zier:

If it is an airborne contagion, it will cover the entire world in less than a month.

General Andrews:

By the time we are able to mobilize, the geometric progression of the event will have spread it enough that no place is safe, and with the panicked humans being attacked, killed and converted, most positions get overrun in short order.

The military has trained to destroy equipment, buildings, and to kill people.

Our first two skills (for example, taking out a radar station) are completely useless.

And that third skill, well.. We are instructed to shoot "center body mass".

Director Zier:

That's not going to stop a zombie.

Besides, while there are a few psychopaths in the military, most of them are going to be reluctant to even fire upon their own people.

General Andrews:

Heroes are another threat all together.

Many of those with powers are not trained to kill.

In the end, the world will end up with Super Powered Zombies unable to control their power set.

And when they do, those people don't stop, they just stagger and keep coming.....powers raging like an undead title wave.

The alternative is to utilize those who have the tenacity to kill anything, technological proficiency to innovate and the psychotic nature to win when the odds are against them.

Our joint recommendation ladies and gentlemen is to activate a defense initiative a "Black" Ops program.

The virus has been out for about 24 hours. We need to recruit the following members within the next 3 hours. They might just be our best hope in containing the virus.

Our proposed candidates have shown the abilities, aptitude, ability to kill, and technology to do what others can not.

They are some of the most lethal beings on the planet and our goal is to form a Black Ops team composed of the worst of the worst Super Criminals.

Each candidate is considered a lethal weapon.

Our plan is to put the worst of the worst together.

Give them a common purpose and point them at some of the most dangerous areas infected areas.

They will do what heroes can't.....

They specialize in the obscene.

Where heroes failed, they won't.

We are looking at the worst of the worst ladies and gentlemen.
