Kevlar Armor

Venom had the idea of diamond to be re textured in to kevler, but this seem to be a alright idea,

 

It will be cool but spawning at zone 5 sounds op..... More campers will be create and also more rage quits...

 

Looks a bit deep in my opinion, gold armor is not going to last long and the protection to, tier 3 guns would nearly insta kill you and barret one shot, so no I don't think so

I think the idea of bringing a more kind of military look for the game. Or we could have a certain Military Style WarZ pack that retextures the armours in to different looks such as:

• Juggernaught (Diamond)
• Kevlar (Iron)
• Leather (Standard military armour)

I just think it would make WarZ look much more appealing. I also like your idea of the introduction of the Gold Armour to be renamed as Kevlar, however, if this were to happen I would prefer to see all of the armour types renamed as all the others would remain as, for example, Iron Armour, and then Gold armour would be named differently? It just wouldn't look right, so if this were to be implemented, I would like to see all the armour types renamed.

 

... Guys i've already put that exact order of armor suits in another thread. I said Bomb suit armor as diamond, Kevlar iron, Chain Ghillie Suit, and Leather Reg Military suit. I've said all of this in a previous thread as one of the comments.

 

I understand my comment may be reasonably similar to your suggestion, but we are discussing the possibility of bringing in Gold Armour and using that as a Kevlar Suit, as oppose to using the Iron Armour as the Kevlar suit.

 

Well my reasoning was putting a real life touch to each armor suit being used currently in the game. So like what you said Leather to Military outfit and what not. I guess Kevlar could be used for gold but if we go off of your theme the next question is what would iron be? Since we cant have all type of armor that make sense then just iron armor, it wouldn't be right. So that's why I assigned Kevlar to iron, and then also added an extra suit of ghillie with chain. I think maybe the ghillie could be cool if the player was maybe half transparent or something with the ghillie suit on? Only when they have the whole ghillie suit on, every piece is when they are half invisible. Or perhaps in the new map add a lot more forest and shrubbery so there's a lot more places for ghillie suit guys to hide.

 

Yeah I love the idea of a Ghille suit. Also, perhaps if the new map has many forest/shrub areas like you have just mentioned. However, I think that if the Ghillie suit was to make the player half transparent, could it make the player also invisible to 'Search enemy players on the compass' perhaps? I just think it would be a good addition to have some way that players can bypass the compass' readings. If that is done this way or in an alternative method.

 

Yea I think that's a good idea, possibly to even out the Ghillie suit, perhaps the durability on it is horrible and also protects like one more armor shield than leather, so it isn't a lot of protection and breaks quickly, yet there will be a lot of places to hide and invisible from compasses. Sounds like a good idea to me.
