Legalize a Drug or Create a Legal Substance

    I think we should legalize a drug. That drug will have to be tabacco. However processing will still be dangerous. The illegal arms dealer will probably have to be removed from the rebel base, or maybe, remove the rebel base entirely and have processing it be by the field.
    We could just create a new substance that's legal, instead. I don't have much of an idea of what it could be, but maybe some sort of perfume plant or something else. <--(Check out "something else". It's way better than a perfume plant.)

    What do guys think?

    How about legalizing Wildgrass (Weed) ? Wildgrass is a soft-drug & it's legal in the netherlands

    The plant will have to look like corn. I've seen moonshine made from fermented corn.

    Wildgrass's payout will have to be drastically lowered.

    Lower mining prices and raise processing time. Keeps a balance between no pvp zone processors and pvp processors.
    It could look like a fruit, because alcohol is sometimes distilled from fruit? It's a Minecraft server, no one is necessarily going to care what the item is made from in real life.

    It still illegal in other areas of the world. Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right.

    I really do like your Idea. But, the problem with legalizing this drug everybody would be constantly going to the tobacco proccesor constantly.

    Isn't that how it already is tho? So many people go to tobacco until they feel the lure of Wild Grass.

    It is true a lot of people go to tobacco. But there is no point in making it more over packed.

    You're probably thinking sheriffs wouldn't be as busy anymore. With the idea of tobacco being packed, players will go to other processors thinking they're empty. Also, the more experienced will always go for higher paying drugs. Another thing, with tobacco being used frequently, there will be a high demand for it. The field will be empty often. Therefore, a greedy player will kill another for there tobacco.

    Yes, I totally think a drug should be legalized!!! The price should be low though because it's legal.

    Yes, really like this idea, especially since it is kind of realistic, and that tobacco is very cheap, so it would not be an OP way of making money.

    Honestly no, people would still mine, because mining is safe from PvP, and people can AFK it in towns without the fear of being killed.

    So? What is a problem with that, it would just create more fights and PvP in the Wild West. After all, the game is not all sitting AFK, and logging when a sheriff comes to escape.
    And just the drug would be legal, so sheriffs would still be able to enter the base and arrest those who are rogue, so it is not like Tobacco would be a safe haven for bandits. It is like someone who has only legal items, but they are rogue: they can still be arrested.
