    Sup Brawlers,

Evil here with another Evil-licious thread. The purpose of this thread is to teach newer players how to shoot and move tactically.

The MSR is an underused gun.

One of my favorite rifles that taught me how to shoot, reload, and move was the MSR. In my opinion, if you can master this gun, you can master the others. This gun shoots 6 bullets out of a magazine. Shooting 5-6x bullets and then moving, reloading, and then re-engaging is a secret to living and emp'ing. If you stand in one place long enough someone will come and get you regardless of the gun you have.

    MSR Spec's

    Unlocked at: Level 27
    Price: 100 credits

    Fire Rate 150 RPM
    Fire Mode Semi automatic
    Reload Time 4.25 seconds
    Magazine Size 6 + 26
    Damage 72
    Recoil 3.0
    Range 400m
    Hip Accuracy 8.0
    Aimed Accuracy 0.2

In my texture pack I replaced the MSR with the Socom 16. @_Glock34 thought you might like that selection.

With any gun the objective is to strike, move, reload, and then engage the enemy.

    Here are some tips.
    1) Count your bullets as you shoot.
    2) Engage and then constantly move around the map. If you camp in one spot, experienced players will always come back and kill you in that spot.
    3) Shoot, duck, and dive.
    4) Toss your nades into a room before you go in, just to be safe
    5) You have a rifle, remember to aim for the head it's a 1x kill shot.

The lessons of shooting, reloading, moving, and engaging need to be taken with you to the other weapons. Don't stand in the open reloading, that is a sure fire way to get killed.

Here are some videos on the Socom 16 which I use in my texture pack.

Another MSR one <3 Proof that Evils a bro.

I think that the MSR is best used to pop out, fire a magazine, grab a couple kills, jump to cover, and change positions, instead of sitting in the same place and using your pistol while the MSR reloads. It also allows you to fight battles on your terms, so the pros don't automatically wait for you to come back out, where they pop you with their Iso or Skullcrusher.

I always reload my gun after every kill, so I am easy to kill. I really need to stop doing this :v

Ik I'll get all the kills in the area that I can see, just turn around and reload and use my secondary, even if my gun is only missing like 1 round.
