HG-Mini Event 7/29/16 - Summary

    Howdy,

    This Saturday (7/29/16) we hosted two mini-events on our HG servers. It seems like overall the event was fun for most, and we are happy to keep hosting them.

    The difference between this mini event and the other HG events are as follows
    • We didn't announce this on the forums
    • No custom build
    • Very little preparation (we usually give at least 3 days if not more)
    • Nothing planned and set out in stone, just the time and the server IP.
    First of all, we'd like to know what those of you attended thought, do you want to see more events like this? Why? Why not?

    Anyways, onto the summary portion of the events. We held two events, one being a KOTH and the other a regular HG game. The KOTH ended almost as soon as it started, with only 2 people able to capture the hill for longer than a second.

    1st: @Zeroma - 1 month of global elite
    2nd: @c_master1999 - 1 free kit
    3rd: @Sycicys - 1 free kit

    For the second event, the regular HG round, we reached up to 75 players and the game lasted for over an hour. Here are the prize winners:

    1st: @ethanedgar - 1 month of global elite
    2nd: @Uraniumyyy - 1 free kit
    3rd @Eil - 1 free kit

    These events are on a much smaller scale than QQs, it's just a game with 75 players, that's about it. For major events, brawl will announce it on the forums
