    The staff member was not involved. The account used by the staff member was hacked and used to abuse permissions on said account.

    I think what I'll do is keep it like this than on September 9th I will change my name back unless some asshole takes it, than i'll have to come up witha new name after having this one for almost a year.

    The ban hammer seemed extremely active on ctf yesterday, a player getting banned around every minute-ish. Figured it was the same hacker using different accounts, although it's hard to believe a single hacker had that many accounts (10-20 accounts, I don't recall how many exactly, but the number of people getting banned seemed almost comical; every one of them had almost identical hacked clients). Today, a few players how are rather well known were also banned, obviously a swarm of "?'s" ensued. And, of course, the forums went down today for security reasons; I can't help but feel like it's linked. Perhaps a hacker got tired of getting banned in game and switched tactics?... or maybe I'm just over-thinking it. Either way, it's resolved, that's what matters. I'm curious, which moderators account was compromised (I'm assuming it was Snail's)

    Actually, wool was the hacker. He was permanently IP banned from Brawl. No wool 4 u.
