Idea Confusion in /shop

    In /shop you get a message when you hover over items. If the item has 3+ decimals, it goes to short form.
    So Netherrack for 0.001 becomes Netherrack for 1.0E-4

    Now, I know how this all works, but a lot of people probably won't know what the E means so I think its better if we go back to the 0.001 way of displaying prices.
