    Basically, the mayor is voted into power every 2 hours by people voting.
    You need to pay 2k to be a candidate.
    Rules:
    -You can not bribe others or give others equipment. If you are caught doing so, you will either get banned or have to mine out of a huge bounty.
    -You cannot abuse the system.


    The winner gets a house in the town of his choice, and one respawning 0.4 speed horse.
    You can pardon people from sentences, but not too many, and you have to write in a book why you pardoned him or you can get sent to prison.
    Sheriffs can arrest you at any time if they feel the need to.
    You can collect bribes through a bribery system, /bribe, but this needs to be worked on.

    People can kidnap you, and it takes various amounts of time for the amounts you ask.
    If you ask for 5k, it takes 1 minute, and If you ask for 50k, it takes 10 minutes. You get a 25k bounty regardless of how much you ask for. You also go rogue for half an hour.

    If you killed a mayor, you have a 150k bounty on you an you will go rogue for even longer.

    This actually is a much better idea than the one I had originally. I think your idea is great and would fit well in wild west. I think the 150k bounty should be lower to 50k and the mayor gets free train rides.

    I still don't like this idea. Still a -1 from me for the same reasons. We don't need a role play rank where only one person can get it.
