Map updates

I would like to see a map where two teams are on skyscrapers fighting. Oh wait thats highrise...

 

I think anything from Lord of the Rings would be epic. Osgiliath would be a sick map

 

Post-apocalyptic cities. Just imaging sniping from the Eiffel Tower, the Empire State Building, or the Golden Gate bridge with ruined buildings/skyscrapers around you. Could be so awesome.

 

I would like to see one of Gettyburgs Museum in LA. It would be pretty amazing if they build the LA scene too.

I started building the Empire State Building and surrounding blocks based on Google Street View, but then I got too lazy and stopped. But when I was walking in New York a few weeks ago I actually recognised where I was walking from what I had build (without excpecting it, it was just like what the fuuuk?).
The unique plan of my now-deleted map was a battle from down to upstairs the skyscrapers instead of the simple ground to ground horizontal.

I also started to play CS:GO and I have noticed a big difference in mapstyle if you compare it to COD: smaller, more tactical, way more exciting. But it's more for 8 vs 8.

For example the GS:GO map Dust 2 can be remade and make the middle longer, add a house or something in the middle, protect the spawn points and add some more cover could end up pretty good.

I have been working on the csgo map santorini. But my friend @666squeaker666 told me that csgo maps won't get accepted.
So I made some changes to the maps like adding more roads.
I made 1/4 of the map so far.

 

CS:GO maps are made for Bomb Scenario, TDMs on CS:GO have too much backraping. And Brawl just amplifies backraping.

 

I'm not sure if you understood what I meant...

You meant to change the map for less backraping, but that won't help.
