Hi, I'm Mr_Raw! I'd like something implemented to the /team commands and stuff!

    Here's the idea: Add the command /team neutral/ally/enemy <teamname>

I will explain how it all works in 3 different sections: Neutral, Ally, and Enemy. The main things here:
Neutral: Teams will be neutral to all other teams by default. Neutral teams to your team will show team names in white text. Neutral teams mean they have no affiliation, neutral teams can still hurt each other.
Ally: Allied teams to your team will show team names in green text. Allied teams can distinguish who are friends to your team, and also cannot hurt each other by default. If both teams have friendly fire enabled, both teams can hurt each other, so be careful out there with players that are neutral and strangers!
Enemy: Enemy teams to your team will team names in red text. Enemy teams can distinguish who are enemies to your team. Of course you can hurt each other, because that's what you probably want to do.

Some other things on how team affiliations work, and other things to it:
Neutral: Team1 and Team2 are neutral by default, if one of the teams does /team enemy <teamname>. Both the teams will automatically be enemies no matter what. Both teams can again become neutral if they want, they must type /team neutral <teamname> in order to become neutral again.
Ally: Team1 and Team2 can become allies by both typing /team ally <teamname>. If one of the teams types /team neutral <teamname> while allied with that team, then the teams automatically become neutral no matter what. If one of the teams types /team enemy <teamname> while allied with that team, then the teams automatically become enemies no matter what. You can ally each other again though.
Enemy: Team1 or Team2 don't like each other for some reason. If the teams are allied or neutral, if one of the teams types /team enemy <teamname>, they automatically become enemies no matter what. The teams can still become neutral or allies again, both teams must type /team neutral/ally <teamname> again.
Notifications: If Team1 sends a neutral or ally request to Team2, Team2 will receive a notification.
Only the team owner, team admins, and team mods can use /team neutral/ally/enemy <teamname>, team members cannot use this command to prevent new team members from messing the team affiliations up.
Info: A list of team affiliations should be seen via /team info, & /team info <teamname> will also show affiliations to a team that is not in that team. (Only team affiliations of allies and enemies are shown, neutral teams will not shown in the list, your POV will be different depending on the affiliations on your own team)
OPTIONAL: Player Tags, neutral, ally, and enemy will be shown in playernames to your team's affiliation to that player. Not being in a team or being in a different team will show the tags on your POV different!
Any team affiliations that change in any way will be seen in the chat as a notification, how it would look:
If you're not in one of the two teams: <teamname> and <teamname> are now neutral/allies!/enemies!
If you're in one of the two teams: Your team is now neutral/allies!/enemies! with <teamname>
Neutral notifications will not end with a exclamation mark. The teams in the notification will be in a different order depending on which team sent the neutral/ally request or initiated being enemies first.

That's all I can think of! Feel free to post your opinions, and your own ideas, and if anything should be changed with the idea! ^_^ Please vote on the poll so everyone can see the feedback on this forum post!

EDIT 9/27/16: This is very, very factions based says posts on this forum, I too now agree. But like I said, my idea can be changed by any bit if it's added.

Too factions based for me. And the colored tags would interfere with rank colors.

I agree, it is too much like factions, but there can be the letter next to their name, kind of like how there is an S for Sheriff and an R for Rogue. Instead, it would be A for ally (Pink/Green letter), and E for enemy (Orange letter).

That would be assigning ranks visible to only visible players, which I'm not sure is possible.

Ally teams sound cool, but the rest is too Factions based.
