    Build Competition Forum. A new forum where people could post Build Comps. This way we don't have as much "tp for build comp 0/4" spam in Global chat. And, you could say the time/date, prizes, ect, without typing it in a small 2 lined chat message.

    -1. You don't see many posts regarding build competitions on the forums currently, and you won't create a surge of activity by creating an extra forum section. A better system would be to make and announce competitions directly in game (but which requires dev time)

    Even if this idea was implement, people would still spam chat with build comps and whatnot.

    I made this because of the "Unofficial Build Comp" after the build comp in August. Things like that happened on Creative every so often so I thought it might on build.
    (I like your idea much more than mine)
    That is true, but it would have less.

    Not everyone on build who regularly hosts build comps uses the forums tho :/

    I have hosted 9 small build comps in the past 3 days, these have been quite fun and I usually get around 7-10 players joining. I admit that I sometimes do /g To for build comp, winner gets free map! I think maybe builders+ could have a command called /broadcast which sends a message to all 3 build servers and people can turn that off by toggling it? I don't know though maybe.

    Doesn't seem like a bad thing. I see no problem with staff being able to broadcast a message across all their respective servers. It'd be really snazzy

    I'm talking about builders being able to do this. It wouldn't solve the problem brought up in this thread, and it wouldn't be fair to everyone else who wants to have build comps.

    Anyone can have a build comp just one's hosted by builders will obviously be larger. I mean this doesn't fix the problem, there is no way to fix the problem but it stops builders from spamming global.
