Sheriff Corruption Idea

    You know how in real life, the wild west is dangerous and corrupt?
    Well, I was thinking that maybe we should add a new aspect to the game that makes it more corrupt and bad like it is in real life :>

    My idea is that we should add a "corruption" thing where you can bribe sheriffs to cancel the arrest or turn a blind eye.

    Example:
    Say, if you were harvesting drugs, and all of a sudden, a sheriff appears, and he catches you, you pay the ticket, or you give him some cash to the sheriff directly. Say the ticket is 3500, but you only have 500 on you. You offer it to the sheriff, and the sheriff has a choice of accepting the bribe or denying it. If accepted, the sheriff gets the 500 and you are free. But if you harvest the drug again you can be arrested. That is, only if you don't pay a blind eye.

    The second part of my suggestion is /blindeye. You type it, along with an offered amount of money. once you do this, you will be asked to do /blindeye confirm. Blind eyes last for 10 minutes and have to cost over 1500. The sheriff must accept it and they can get the money. If there are multiple sheriffs, one sheriff is chosen at random to accept, and the money is split between the sheriffs.

    Suspension:
    Suppose the sheriff is caught bribing. The sheriff is suspended for some amount of time.

    Interesting, I definitely the idea like having a bit of flexibilty. Perhaps a bit more detail would have helped.

    I like this but it should be more expensive or everyone, even the poor people with 20k that goes full d and believes "Im a PRO nobody can stop me" would do that i think Blind eye should cost 6k instead of 1.5k

    I'll just pay like 100k to each sheriff and I'll just afk in processor without them "seeing" me gg I make my money back. Jokes aside I thinks it's a nice idea to avoid sheriffs, especially for newer players trying to make money from processing. My only concern is that it wouldn't be hard to abuse, such as accepting a bribe and going back on your word, or really rich players just showering them with gold and going straight hakuna matata

    Interesting idea, though I don't really think that it fits the "role" Sheriff's are supposed to follow. :l

    I've always wanted to see something like this be added. In game, we're meant to be the "good guys" who arrest anyone doing something illegal, but in reality we wouldn't be. Would make the game more interesting.
