AMA Is this a thing again? (Also opinion)

opinion: You're one of the first sheriffs that I really got to know on wildwest. At first I thought you were a girl, and I faintly remember actually asking you if you were because of your skin xD, but don't worry. I know you're not a boy. Also, I love the randompaw. <3 thanks so much for that! You're very nice and even though I heard some things suggesting you were an abusive sheriff, I'm glad I chose not to believe them.

It's actually been quite a while since playing league with oracle. xD Although last time we played he wasn't that bad, considering his level. Besides, unless it's ranked, league is about having fun with friends! ^-^
I know nothing about his music tastes, sooooo. lol

Opinion: I don't believe I know you. Either you changed your name recently or you just decided to be awesome and ask me some questions! :3

Answers:
Yepers! I was born in the United States and live pretty much in the middle. I always get teased by our network administrator for supposedly not having anything fun to do out here (love him, but he's wrong. ), but I enjoy the balance between rural and suburban.

Opinion: Aw man, Daniel. I wish we could play more together... I really miss it. We used to before I got staff and then a little less, but still a little, when I got jmod. Now I don't have much time. I'm sorry for that. At first I thought you were kind of rude, but I came to respect your opinions and honesty on everything and you turned out to have a really sweet side to you. (What? Did I say that? :3)

Answer:
I will always go medic before soldier. Although archer before medic. Soldier is what I use if no one else is around to cap and I need to do it myself. I've just found that most of the time people need defense more than offense, so I learned mid-line archer defense and flagroom medic defense. Occasionally I'll shadow a chemist to the enemy's flag room though.

 

Opinion: Do I really need to give an opinion on you? lol! Ok. Basically words can't describe how much you mean to me. There are three people who I can honestly say have gone from computer, online friends to friends irl, even if I haven't met them for real. You're one of them, and you've helped me so much more than you'll probably ever know. From the moment I got staff and you posted this, "You post very nicely like me before I got mod. Prepare to be infected and scrubbified. You're doomed. :V Especially once you resign if you last a while. You'll catch post-staff-hipster-syndrome. ;V" I knew I wanted to be just like you. I use your quote very often in real life too, because I think it's a very good one to follow. (Be the staff's champion as a member, and the member's champion as a staff member.) I appreciate all you do for Brawl and I really look up to you just as a person in general.

Answers:

• I fell in love with Tails at first because he was super geeky and nerdy and I love that in people because it's relatable. Then I dug deeper into his character, and he's so loyal and considerate, so I fell in love even more! <3
• My favorite video-game character would probably have to be either Tails because of his super sweet personality, or Braum from league of legends because he's this big, tough, Russian dude who goes around protecting people with a soft heart. I love characters that do everything they can to help others.
• Did you mean my favorite character in a book, or my character (featherpaw)? I'll answer the first one because I answered the second one already in another post here. My favorite book character would have to be Peter Pan from Peter and the Starcatchers because they shed Peter in a much kinder light. Instead of this arrogant little kid who doesn't grow up, we have this little boy who's trying to protect his friends from people that want to experiment on them and use the starstuff to their own greedy advantage. It's humbling.
• To me, :v is almost like an annoyed expression. Think of it like a "You have no idea what you're talking about" or a "I already knew that".
• Don't be afraid to open up. People really respect you and we're all your family here. I feel like there are still parts of you that you're keeping hidden, and we can help. I'd love to help you like you helped me not so long ago. Other than that, I find you to be a truly remarkable individual without much improvement to be made.
• I feel like you don't stand up for yourself very much. You let others dictate what you should think. (I just noticed this in the staff chat, but don't quote me on it). I feel like you're afraid that if you speak up you'll be demoted, which is understandable, but I don't want you to ever feel like your opinion isn't important. I'll have your back in whatever you choose to do.
• Just like my opinion of you says, I love how close you are with the community. People really respect you and I wanted nothing more than to be just like that. You're kindhearted, calm in bad situations, and you're always there for me when I need you. To sum it up, you are the staff's champion as a member, and the member's champion as a staff member.

Opinion: I already gave you my opinion and I'm sticking by it. xD

Answer: To be honest, probably not. I'm not a huge fan of brawny guys like that. I prefer the nerdy intellectuals that I can hold an intelligent conversation with. I've always been more of a personality kind of girl than straight up good looks. I'm sure even zac effrontery would be hideous if he was a total jerk. I like to question everything and I'm curious about anything, so the pursuit of knowledge normally comes before looks.

Opinion: I always thought you would get build smod. You're in charge of the build team and I really respected you because of it and tbh I still think of you as an smod, even if you aren't one. (I voted for you back when they asked. xD) Other than that, you always seem so chill and I still have your number but I don't text you because I don't know you that well, so sorry about that. We rarely see each other in-game, but I see the work you do on build and I appreciate it a lot.

Answer:
Working with a free dev (if there are any during that time) on getting wool-mix-up back either as an event or permanent, Setting up a motd on the party servers about the forums to try to draw in more of a community, working on new boosters that are easy to add and create more of an interest than just a coin multiplier, get new maps into rotation (and more than one for games like OITC, horse race, rainbow parkour, etc.). Yep. That's all I can think of right now.

Opinion: You're that person that is always there, but never steals the limelight. I've known you for a long time (since mcpvp actually, but you wouldn't remember a randy like me) but you always seemed to be that person that blends in more than stands out. That's a good thing for a mod, trust me. Everyone will target you and you will die. A lot. You make friends very easily and you're easy to talk to. Personally I think you're more of a listener than a talker, which is awesome because I'm definitely a talker. You even me out.

Answer:
For me, party is that server than you can always count on to be friendly. I can join at any time of the day, for however long I choose, and no one will yell, taunt, harass, or ddos threaten anyone. It's a very friendly playerbase and I don't need to worry about being targeted because, truthfully, no one on party really cares if you're a mod. Plus, it was the first server that made me want to stay on Brawl (I know I came from mcpvp so it should've been spvp, hg, or ctf, but honestly I was so upset at the fact that Brawl bought them and mcpvp shut down that I didn't give them a shot for a long time). It's very dear to me and I want to see it succeed because I know it can.

 

Opinion: When I first met you we were on the wiki team together I believe. Then you disappeared for a while and I was concerned because you left the wiki team hanging when we really needed all hands on deck for the wildwest wiki. When you came back and applied for party I was worried that you were only applying because you knew you'd have a better chance of being accepted. It wasn't until we talked about it in teamspeak that I realized that we were on the same page. You're passionate, driven, and you give me hope. I love working with you. #PartyStaff #MakePartyGreatAgain!

I'm really not much of a meme, but recently I've been hearing myself being called the living banhammer because I no life in-game reports. xD Does that count?
Is 'everything' a valid answer? No? ok... ummmm. I love being called a hacker and getting reported. It's funny because I get to see the report and because it raises my self esteem. Other than that, I love the variety of the games.

Every single time I get into teamspeak I'm told I'm either a 12 year old boy, a 12 year old girl, asian, or a robot. Yea.... This is why I don't spend much time on teamspeak anymore...

 

Opinion: I really look up to you as an archer, but I'm afraid I can't say much else besides that. Most of the stories I hear about you are ones of you being godlike as archer, so I strive to be as good as you. I'm sorry I can't say much else besides that, although I'd really enjoy meeting you in game sometime!
