Well it seems to fit the requirements but what Softwares is saying is that Lord_Roke has asked for these builds because the build team can't build it all, there is just too much that needs building, and also if there are more people building, there is a wider array of ideas from different people. However... this is (and no offence here) about 2 minutes worth of building.

Never the less, looks good, and modern - nice work

Build location: Same as the other builds. 353218
Who should receive the 7 days ELITE if the build is used? StarZmanZ
Comments: 50x50 squared modern library, with a cool staircase in a glass block and some extensions. Ask me if you want me to do the interior. I used a custom 32x32 faithfull pack on the screenshots, the building still looks good with the default pack, but a little bit worse because of the quartz and glass blocks connections.
