Anti-Sheriff plan p2

I actually think this is a good idea. With the recent update to the game, many guns have been buffed/nerfed so it will be nice to have evenly skilled matches now where the player needs to be good to win. Training new players to do this will help ww thrive, but keep in mind that you're still getting used to the new changes as much as we are.

Last night, @randomcitizen1 and I killed 6 full diamond bandits. (2v6)
Today, @RVNG_SLAYER , @BreezeyCuffs , and I killed 6 full diamond bandits. (3v6)

 

Which is why the game is still not balanced, if you can take out 6 full diamonds think about the average noob in gold. "Balanced"

 

Good thing diamond armor is only 10k so noobs won't need to buy gold!

Fine, how about one of your tobacco noobs with default gear? This is not fair.

 

You're complaining about other people's problems as if you care, but you won't even buy your needy teammates gear for a fight.

And about sheriffs getting his armor for free, I can understand your point but let's talk about it, mining is not funny at all, so we have just 2 ways to make money, mining or cuffing/fighting so stating that nobody likes to mine, we have our sheriff job as first way to make money, what if we go without guns to a base? It'd be easy to a starter player to kill us just with a Sabre, I don't want to see a sheriff going to wild grass with 5 Nike players while he has no guns.

 

Sheriff guns actually two shot, even with whiskey. That, along with the fact that they get their items for free makes me uncomfortable with the current system. It takes 17 ticks, less than a second, to kill a bandit wearing full D.

Gifd brought up a reasonable idea. He said that sheriffs should start out with the pistol only, and it would essentially "make" them buy guns. The game would still be playable even if they didn't buy them.

I feel like @randomcitizen1 changed the PvP system too much, tactics are pretty much useless in the fights that currently insinuate. He said it himself, sheriffs should have a chance at winning, but so far, out of all the fights we've been in, we haven't been able to beat back a single wave. As a matter of fact, money is ridiculously easy to make as a sheriff. Though they may deny it, I made well over three million within two months.

Honestly, it just isn't worth sitting at a processor for half an hour only to lose the gear you buy in less than a second. It may just be me, but I don't like these fights. Hopefully, changes will be made #soon.

 

Do you see this happening on a full time basis? No.

And some cuffers don't return gear, instead they hoard it or sell it like the greedy pigs they are, so its kinda hard to give handouts.

If teams as big and skilled as we are can't even beat back a single wave of cuffers think about the noob keksters who are even more disorganized and under geared. The point of wildwest is not to mine, prison servers are there for a reason. The main job as a kekster is to process drugs and the cuffers job is not to eliminate illegal actions completely, just bring it down to a minimum. So far I bet only a handful of keksters have made it out with processed drugs without getting ez cuffed or ez 2 shotted.

 

Then Gifd idea is very reasonable, I like it. I think it'd be better with the Coach.
To be honest, since the player base has decreased, and half (not really half) of the active members are Nike and allies, is hard to make money as sheriff without having to fight in a wild grass war.

 

Though I didn't like how Gifd's statement was worded, he does make some fair points. Sheriffs are overpowered as they are now, and its quite unfair knowing that they aren't required to spend a dime for their gear, while bandits are forced to sit down and process for over half an hour to acquire theirs.

The pistol is reasonable, the Coach can kill any other player in 0.85 seconds.

There are plenty of other ways to make money, as sheriffs always say. ;-;

 

Can we please stay on topic guys? It's difficult to see what's being said about the plan through all the bickering. :3

 

We're just taking into consideration the impossibility of countering sheriffs. It doesn't matter how skilled you are, you're bound to lose around an hour of playtime in 0.85 seconds.
