    I believe I am the ONLY one to kill a sheriff that wasn't afk with noob gear. Also have killed most full gear people with noob gear too. This means I should get a BIG, PURPLE, TAG that says "TOPVPER" and yeah... like a rank with a purple leather instead of normal ._.

    I like the idea of this plan. I mean, I honestly don't think it will work unless you get a really high number of full Ds in one location, but who knows? It sounds good for the noobs.
    Seeing as this post has drawn so much attention, I feel obligated to clarify a few points.
    1. Both sheriff guns and bandit guns two shot sheriff armor and full D.
    2. Both sheriff guns and bandit guns cannot two shot sheriff armor and full D with whiskey in effect. The highest damaging guns (Repeater and T-G) do 4.89600 hearts of damage to full D and sheriff armor. It just looks like 5 hearts in-game because Minecraft likes to round things when it displays them.
    3. Since the time of this post we went over numerous potential tactics bandits could employ to counter sheriffs. To name a few tips...
    Camp and let the sheriffs come to you. Don't fire until close enough. Escape via the ladder from the top floor of WG and spread out. Have one or two scouts outside of the processing building that people can tp to. Rush and lose one or two people. Take their stuff and run.
    4. Making sheriffs pay for their gear literally won't change anything. It just is a nice sentiment; it's an idea that would make bandits happier knowing that sheriffs have to pay for their gear. It literally has no purpose other than that. This "balance" that people keep talking about is not the combat balance that really matters. Is making sheriffs pay for their gear going to make a difference if it's the same gear that they are currently beating you with? Nope.
    The gear is balanced with full D, not gold. That being said, all the good gear was nerfed to be more fair to noobs. Every other idea proposed would have only made things more unfriendly to noobs. For example, the whole "buff sheriff armor and keep the gun stats" arguement would have meant gold still being OSK-ed by sheriff and bandit guns as well as all guns doing less to sheriffs. Noob friendly? I think not.
    It's impossible to fully reconcile default gear with sheriff gear and keep sheriff gear balanced with illegal gear without implementing a zone system that limits gear to a certain sector of the map. It is what it is m8.

    Not balanced if cuffers get gear equal to hours of processing for free. Not balanced if cuffers can defeat a platoon of keksters that outnumber them 3 to 1. Not balanced if cuffers have infinite lives and repeater spray. You lobbied for these changes, so of course you would be against any changes that go against this. These changes seem to be for cuffers only and not everyone else. Mario only consulted you for these changes and thats it. Nobody from our side had any say in this, and most of us feel these changes are even worse than the system before. Back then all we had more luck with dealing with cuffers and beat back wave after wave of relentless cuffers but now we can't even beat back one. The average cuffer is not meant to evenly match 3 full ds. Gear obtained for free should not match gear obtained from hours of processing. Please stop thinking about the cuffer side, and think about all of us.

    It's a lot more newbie friendly, and a lot of the staff was involved, not just randomcitizen. We just need to devise new strategies, as the Model and Coach are now on par. Prior to this update, the Model was superior to the Coach. We can't resort to camping now, we should experiment with other tactics.

    Correct. I was the one pushing to make coach and model equal.

    No camping any more. Try fighting guerilla style. Pop out, get a shot or two off, and pull out. Reappear elsewhere, repeat.

    I actually think rogue tracker should be removed. Rogues can't track sheriffs, but the sheriffs can't track the rogues. It would help let the rogues actually set up ambushes for sheriffs without being sniffed out by a compass.

    Eh, if that was implemented, I feel like the "Rogue" tag would be pretty pointless. @randomcitizen1 's idea was that once a player entered a certain block radius from a rogue player, the rogue tracker wouldn't work. So, in theory, they could be tracked, but their exact location wouldn't be revealed.

    Maybe 200 blocks? Or 100? It expire before the rogue comes into render.

    This new update barely fixed anything, except for the new prices and the achievement system which i really enjoy (great thing i cant be the first level 2 now cause im banned{thanksbrawliloveyousomuchhaha}) lol the nerf on diamond gear just means that the repeater still 2 shots and they can come back numerous times and still have equal gear not even taking into account the 10k for kevlar, which makes the gear even stronger than ours.
    tl;dr gun values are still not ok estoy bannet achievements are the only thing that are keeping me in the game atm (bout to quit)

    I have to disagree. I like the update a lot. And most off the people i have talked to agrees with meh. I might just live in my own bubble though.

    I said I enjoy the update, but from a high reputation player who tends to fight sheriffs a lot, the guns I feel are still not fixed @tr1kim
