    I mean... he didn't really make anyone resign. I believe it was more of a misunderstanding... I can't speak for him, but I want you to be prepared for if he chooses to answer this one or not. He didn't really do anything wrong, if that's what you're thinking.

    Shortly: There was a lack of communication with some staff members. Since they didn't ask or inform us before doing something, we sometimes had to ask them why they did something or warn them because they did something wrong. Understandably they saw this as patronizing, but we can't just ignore mistakes. I will admit that I'm sometimes very protective about some areas of Brawl, so I like to know everything that happens and why, causing me to message staff members about seemingly minor issues.
    In order to resolve this issue (which is more of a general problem), we reminded all staff members that we will always answer their questions and they can message us about any concern. There are also multiple ways to file a complaint (anonymously) about other staff members instead of resigning so the issue can be dealt with.

    - Why would you need my backing? :stuck_out_tongue:

    - I have no problem with gay marriages or homosexuality in general; I believe just like the USA Germany should also allow gay marriage (currently there is only civil partnership).

    - That is up to Canoodle to decide. If you work on the mistakes she pointed out on your previous applications I'm sure you have a decent chance.

    - You are very involved in MC-War and try to improve the gamemode. However, in my opinion you sometimes come across as arrogant and rarely make specific suggestions.

    - You need to understand that sometimes you should stop role-playing as the super evil guy and just reply/post seriously.

    Why not? :wink: I know you for a long time, you often have great ideas and are never afraid to speak your mind (and do so respectfully).

    It is like an average job: Sometimes fun, sometimes just work and sometimes really frustrating. There are enough fun moments to keep me motivated.

    I requested that we were promoted, so can't really answer that :stuck_out_tongue:
